Booked into this hotel for three days immediately on arrival in Bangkok. The taxi driver at the airport, and all his friends, had no idea where the hotel was, make sure you take a phone number for the hotel so they can ring for directions. With even my reasonable Thai language skills, saying 'near to Suthisan MRT' in Thai didn't help. Arrived at the hotel at 10am, was allowed to check in immediately. Room was cleaned every day whilst I was at breakfast, just press the 'make up room' button on your in room elecronics control board. TV, wireless internet and an excellent bathroom was what I wanted to recover from my jet lag, did the job, and found long term accomodation nearby with no problems. Just what I wanted. However, if you're looking for somewhere from where you can see the Bangkok sites, try closer to Sukhumvit Road, the centre of Bangkok.

Close to MRT”
Close to MRT by walking distance. Quite even hotel is next to the road. Room is big for this price. Breakfast is variety and good test. Bed room and rest room is clean. Have free wireless internet in the room. Overall, it's good place to stay with reasonable price. I'll go back again if I have to stay in Bangkok.

Veronica-Quite, clean and well appointed Hotel”
This hotel was suggested to me by one of my friends in Bangkok. A decent place with excellent rooms at very reasonable rates met my expectations and needs. First 2 days of my stay I used taxis to get to city centre to be disappointed by deelays on crowded roads that took upto 1.5 hrs to get to city centre. However, on the third day of stay, reluctantly I took the metro rail and to my surprise I was in city centre with in 20 minutes flat. So, if you are looking for a quite neat place at reasonable rates this is for you. However, if you are looking for a flshy place with top notch restaurant and bar to spend your time you would be disappointed. Restaurant and bar just serves the purpose and after 2200 hrs. you will be served with restricted menu. I would certainly return to this Hotel when I get back to Bangkok next time around.

Comfortable and affordable”
This is our very first hotel we ever stayed in Bangkok. We like it very much and most important of all it is affordable to us with surprisingly room space and design. The air condition is a little loud but it was not that bad. The area is not that crowded at night, and it is very close to MRT station and a police station. Overall I would rate this hotel a excellent choice to stay when visiting Bangkok.

Veronica Residence Review”
Correct name is Veronica Residence, as indicated outside the hotel and Google map. Room is clean, very few customer, breakfast can only be selected from menu and not buffet probably due to too few customer. Toilet needs a place to hold all the towel. Water coming out from the shower tap is too week. TV set needs to change to newer LCD type.

the hotel is new, clean and modern design. the room is a little too small but well-equipped with freezer and lcd. although the hotel is right just next to one of the busiest road in bangkok but still quiet enough to have a good sleep. the hotel is located just only few minutes walk from a subway station which can bring you downtown easily. it is not danger during the night time.

A relaxing place away from hectic city life”
this is our 3rd time staying in this hotel and the 2nd year spending our chinese new year vacation in bangkok. the front counter staff are friendly & our check-in & out were smoothly done. one of the staff(forgot her name) have a good memory of recongnise me from my last stay in 2010.the room with mordern design is quite spacious and clean. breakfast is good too.

Good Experience”
I stayed in the delux room for 4 nights. Its interior is clean and unique with a round bed. There is a rain shower which I like and the room is big. However, there is no door for the bathroom, kind of awkward when you're doing your 'business'. The bed is pretty uncomfortable though as the bedsheets keep slipping off and your body touches the cold and plasticky bed. If you main mode of transportation is by train, then this is a great hotel for you. However, if you always travel by taxi, you better speak good Thai as alot of taxi drivers do not know the hotel.

Nothing Special”
This place was decent, but I'm sure you can find better places for the price. The bed will get you a good night's sleep and the room is fairly quiet. However although Sutthisan subway station is next door, it is relatively far from anything exciting. Even getting food will require a 10 minute walk on the other side of the street because every building next to Veronica is selling furniture or some other industrial stuff. Also, the "trendy" design was more tacky in person, and the furniture is primarily plastic, particle board, laminate, etc. Stuff you would expect to find at the clearance section at Ikea.

Veronica Residence - Rachada”
It's a small boutique hotel which is cosy, with large rooms and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Rachada, but still convenient as subway is about 5 mins walk away. The rooms are large and clean, and it is reasonably priced. Small restaurants can tickle you taste-buds. Morning breakfast spread is adequate and tasty. Staff are very friendly, guest friendly too. If you want a quiet place to enjoy with your partner, this is the hotel, away from the crowded Rachada area.

Stay @ Veronica's Residence”
My stay at Veronice's was a pleasant one. location was the problem here. Most cabbies would not know of the place even you show them the hotel card. They will miss it most of the time. there was some cock-up of rooms with the front desk which was later resolved. Maybe some experience needed here. Nevetheless, a new hotel with friendly staff, decent breakfast, free internet , kewl rooms and a decent price which you can't complain. Will stay here again.

Reasonable for a three star hotel”
This hotel is reasonably priced for this class of hotel. Breakfast had a wide range of choices, suitable for both Orientals and Westerners. Hotel employees have been helpful and cheerful. The nearest subway station is Sutthisan, which is only one minute walk and you can get around the town very easily. Very convenient location. The only part I was not satisfied with was the room I stayed in did not have a bathtub.

Nice hotel close to MRT station Suttisan”
The hotel is situated in a great location. Very close to Suttisan MRT station exit number 1 making it very easy to get from this area of the city to other parts. The hotel seems to be quite modern, very clean and tidy. Plenty of complimentary toiletries were provided for guests and free water every day which is great for the climate. Breakfast was provided each morning. The staff were very helpful and nothing seemed like it was too much trouble.

I would recommend this hotel to others as it is clean, the people are helpful and friendly, and the food provided is very good and wide-ranging. It may seem out of the way in Dindaeng, but the hotel is very close, or it seemed close, to a popular market, the Siam Paragon and other places of interest.

Pleasant surprise - much nicer than expected”
This particular hotel was my choice mainly because of its location, as I wanted close to the subway but also in the general location of my business meetings. What a pleasant surprise to find wonderful friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful clean room and free internet, all on top of the perfect location. I couldn't be happier.

Overall staying in Veronica is comfortable, easy access to BTS station to travel to the city. They have only standard breakfast selections. Lack of air condition at the walkway of each level. The only weakness is wi fi in room is extremely slow and weak.
