"Roomy hotel. Best sleep on our entire trip. Could see Versailles Palace from our window. Wish this was our hotel for most of our trip. Air conditioning was not working in our room (but was in our other room). We opened the windows and it was perfect so we didn't pursue a room change or fix from the staff."

"The rooms are clean and comfortable. A straight forward process and most enjoyable. 1 minute from the station and only a few minutes from the Palace. Many local bars and restaurants to choose from. The staff were excellent and all very helpful/ cheerful and enjoyed speaking English, to my French! The breakfast was the most impressive value for money that I have had the pleasure of eating in the last 10 years! Well done IBIS, I look forward to returning!! Iain. "

"This is not our first time at M Gallery; we are grateful to stay here for 4 times. And loved it. The concierge and reception service is still perfect; the bedroom was great and spacious; we enjoyed the gym, sauna, hammam. Now, on a negative side for this time at the hotel, we didn’t get any parking . True it was New Years Eve, a packed day, but i actually always chose your hotel for the safety of the car we are renting to tour France.... so not happy on that. But most importantly I was very disappointed with the quality of service and quality of the buffet at breakfast on New Years Day. I used to loooooove our breakfast experience in your hotel; I honestly didn’t like at all the crazy buzz of New Years Day. Too much traffic; too much noise, no service from your waiters; accumulation of plates on our tables not being cleared, and a very average quality of food (even the omelette I asked for was wrong, tasteless, wrong filling...) Sad. I will come back, only on off-peak day, as test."

"My sister and I planned to visit the Chateau Versailles, so we decided to splurge a bit and booked a room here. What is amazing about this hotel is: 1. Location Near Versailles, so you can walk down the roads inside the park and get to the chateau and Marie Antoinette's estates fairly easy. 2. Service The concierge desk at the hotel is very helpful (but not 24h service). You can bring almost any question to the concierge and they will help answer; especially great is that they sell tickets for the Chateau Versailles, so you don't need to queue for tickets at the palace. The staff all speak English which is a plus for non-French travelers. 3. Food The breakfast buffet was included in our room and we really enjoyed it. They have fresh juice and local Jam / Honey, also their own bespoke olive oil and vinegar! The variety of the breakfast is great so you get to have a lot of pastries / breads/ cereals and even japanese style breakfast. The Gordon Ramsay restaurant was amazingly good, and I highly recommend the discovery menu, which is less expensive (135euro for dinner)and is filling and delicious(Their Allaiton lamb is amazing). Note that a glass of white wine was 24 euro, and since I don't really drink we didn't bothered to ask the price by bottle. Things I did not like so much: The shower/bath tub is rather difficult to manage since the water stopper is huge and you can step on it easily when trying no to splash water out (it doesn't really have a door only a half glass-cover), so it was a bit annoying having to release it so water could go down the drain."
