Clean Rooms, Excellent Location but Dissapointing Staff Attitude
Rooms are located from 33 floors to 48 floors. They are clean and have sufficient space for 2 of us. Beds and pillows are comfortable . The hotel Is in a good location with plenty of eateries like MCD , Pizza Hut , Subway , local food and shopping around . There's a supermarket too just next two buildings . There's no Swimming pool, gym or bellman to help you with the luggage. Check in does take more than 15 mins and they do collect rmb500 as deposits per room. Only two staffs that's able to speak English as I know throughout my 5 nights stay in this hotel . There's one particular lady staff who is extremely impolite when talking to guests. Raised her voice over things that she didn't check properly . Doesn't understand English it's okay but don't simply give answers if you're not sure. There's a short hair male staff who is very polite and smile at times and also the lady with the star badge on the uniform. One thing to take note, if you're carrying boxes or order stuffs online to be delivered to this hotel. Be prepare to use the staff lift to bring your stuffs back to your room eventho you're a house guests as they don't allow boxes to enter the lift which I find it weird.

Too many non hotel guests using same elevators to go for basement MRT station. It may good for short stay like 2-3 days. The hotel is not well equipped with 4 star rated facilities.

Happy with stay
Stayed 6 nights in hotel. Check-in and check-out were both swift. Hotel had arranged most of my requests such as interconnecting rooms and another room on the same floor. We had booked Deluxe rooms and the size was just nice for us. Rooms were clean and complimentary mineral water were provided everyday. As for the reception area, if some sofa seats for customers could be provided at the reception will be better as currently no seats were provided except for a few wooden chairs that belong to a cafeteria facing the reception. Overall, happy with our stay. Would return to the hotel should we visit Guangzhou again.
