Verwood Hotel and Serviced Residence Reviews

Sudah menjadi hotel langganan saya sejak namanya masih Somerset. Namun, 2x terakhir saya menginap, ACnya ga dingin. Yg lainnya okelah. Di samping sepanjang hotel juga banyak restoran.

I like this hotel because the location is easy to be found, the staff is very polite and helpful too but unfortunately some of the part in the room need to be repaired. The toilet is too old and it's needed renovation, the handle of wardrobe need to be fix, and the lighting in the room is too dark because the color of the carpet. But the hotel is nice.

we're frequently stay in this hotel and as what we expected, it's as pleasant as always. the rooms are spacious, cozy and tidy. the staffs are friendly and helpful. the children playground is so fun that the kids enjoy playing there for hours. The pool is convenient, and not too many people as if it's our own private. and surely we'll love to return there again.

some ants in the room. swimming pool not big enough. like the cafe with the pool table. there is a basketball playground,surprisingly. breakfast was so so,nothing special

The hot water is not stable, but overall is good.

Spacious. The unit i stayed need refurbishment as the toilet door in the master bed room cannot be closed. the water closet cannot be flush.

Kami menginap sehari .. cukup bersih, pelayanan oke, breakfast banyak macam nice banget , overall oke lah ..

Everything was good. Will return when opportunity arises!

+ a lovely place, comfy & quiet, it's not like staying in the city centre. +++ big and spacious room + lots of restaurants in the neighborhood - old style bathroom with raised floor.

location is okay, room is nice, value for money

The location is besides the toll road which make going to out of town factories very convenient. The buffet spread for dinner is fine for a 2-3 days stay but can be limited like any other outlet if need to eat the same food for more days, however, there're several good restaurants within 50 meters walking distance. Room is large and shower water is very strong. Good for a good bath and shower after a day's work. Staff are helpful and speak English. I did not use any of the other available facilities like the swimming pool etc, so I cannot comment.

Good location. Hotel has undergone some face-lift. But still needs some work to be done ... especially the bathrooms. Stale smoke smell still lingers. Otherwise, an unacceptable stay.

Room was very clean, roomy, and comfortable. Hotel also located nearby toll exit, so easy to access everywhere. breakfast Is delicious and variety of food. Easy check in & out. It has pool, hot tub, gym, sauna & steam room. Wonderful 5 days stayed at the hotel.

Pretty good hotel just a bit old. Facilities poorly maintained. The food is quite tasty, 2 coffe machines broken maybe the equipment is old . Rooms are quite big and clean.

Good service and polite staff. But need more improvement on room cleanliness, bed is quite comfortable although sometimes it makes sound if we move. Breakfast menus need to be more variative and quicker to refill.

Late check in due to airline delay, check in processed was good and the service was good too. I stay 3 night at there and ordered the superior king bed room but its only available for smoking room. After come into the room and plug in the room card, the electricity wont turn on, then they change and upgrade my room to deluxe (that was good altough the deluxe and superior dont have many differences). The minibar in the deluxe room was free but it only has a small pack of nut (it really doesnt matter free or not for such a small pack). The breakfast food dont have too many variety and 3 night at there is so boring for the same food again and again. Location was average compare to others same rating hotels, i was there for some business so i choose it because it near my destination. Overall experience stayed at the hotel was good due to the good services they provided, thanks verwood.

Just got two crowded for two day with massive group invasion. Food at Breakfast buffest ran out faster than it could be replnished. But I am happy with the hotel overrall my favaroite in Surabaya

Good location, nice, spacious and simple bedroom. The bathroom is old and awkward closet position ( not renovate totally ). Breakfast should be better

Most hotel have taxi line-ups but not this one. Find it weird though. Breakfast is well spread. Toilrts needs a revamp, quite old.

its a old hotel,but still good,the staff are doing their best to please the guest.need to refurbish their spa,and their bakery.

The hotel is good.. the staffs are nice, foods are good. But I dont like the bathroom. It is so small a bit dark for me. Not too nice
