Lovely hostel/hotel, let down a little by the service. ”

My stay at Vestel was overall a good experience; I booked a private room which was well-decorated, modern & clean, as was the rest of the property in general. The communal areas in particular are beautiful! However, the check-in & service was less than perfect. I arrived at the hotel to a closed entrance where you have to press a buzzer to gain entry - this is great, the property is on a main road so this security is comforting. However, no one answered the buzzer... I have a Thai SIM card so I was able to call the 'emergency' number displayed outside - I am not sure how travellers from other countries would deal with this. Then I was told my room was not ready... although I had arrived at 5pm! I was given an apology but no offer of a discount & taken to the communal area where I had to wait an hour (surely this could have been faster) for my room to be ready. I would recommend Vestel to a friend but the check-in & service issues need to be looked at.

Very nice staff! They allowed me to check in hours before the official time since I arrived to the city around 6 am. The place is clean and specious. Nice views. Comfortable bed and good AC. Close to BTS Ari. Good price! I would definitely recommend

Everything was great except noise from my neighbor’s room”

The wall in the room that we stayed was literally paper thin. I can’t sleep well from all the noise from my neighbor room even 2-3 AM. They were still loud! It’s not the hostel fault anyway but I wish they have at least a staff or 2 on duties every night since they don’t have anybody when I was there.

Very comfortable, clean room in a good location very close to the BTS. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom area were clean, and the air con was strong. Very kind staff, and the hostel had free darts and good common spaces. Would stay again!

+ very new & nice decorated, very clean +nice hostel concept on 6 floors, on ground floor is vespa shop, the owners run the hostel too. put in a lot of vespa decoration like old advertisements etc + located in very nice area of ari, close to chattuchak & jj green weekend market. why did we book: have seen this place from outside and spotted the 2 rooms with the terrace on 6. floor. booked especially one of these... - extremely loud place: venue is at mainroad and in front of skytrain ..... from noise level 1-10 i would give a 9,5. skytrain runs with fullspeed every 5-10 minutes in front of ur room - with full speed ! even the cars, busses, motorbikes are very loud at night - no kitchen facilities to create ur own breakfast or cook a meal, even not a single glass, only small plastic oneway cups.... there s no logic -check in was a bit difficult, we were the only guests, staff was not present, had to wait 15min outside. -they have no doublerooms like declared, only twinbed..

been here before, everything is new , fresh & clean. only a bit loud, the bts is crossing every 10 min in front of the venue. after midnight it becomes quiet. use ear plugs !!!

มีดี2อย่าง ใกล้ซ.อารีของกินเยอะและใกล้bts นอกนั้นต่ำกว่ามาตรฐานของราคาโรงแรมประมาณนี้ ตู้เย็นไม่มี โทรทัศน์ไม่มี ไดร์เป่าผมไม่มี ห้องน้ำรวม wifiต่อไม่ติด พนักงานไม่บริการอะไรเลย.....จงเลือกโรงแรมอื่นถ้าอยากพักแบบสบายๆและส่วนตัว
