Great sea view and swimming pool”

The villa is on top of mountain, fabulous view and you can see daily sunrise from your windows if not raining. First time arrival the villa shocked us as the road is very steep. Better have your own car as villa only provide shuttle to the main road, but be confident with your driving skill!

The location is on the mountain, if you’re good in ride motorbike will help you the traffic very much. Here is near very delicious Thai food, ride bike take 6-7 minuets. View is really awesome, if you with the time-lapse photography camera, please remember to catch the sunrise! This will be a very beautiful memory. If you know about the 1. traffic 2. Still keeping build others villas 3. no breakfast (but you can cook by your own) 4. You only just want to with a beautiful view swimming, reading.. You can really enjoy here. Thanks a lot for Aqua service, I got good and perfect honeymoon in Aqua.

Beds were worst ever slept on. Caused back problems for all three of us. Condo was mildly clean. Front desk was helpful and nice.

We were staying other part of the island but for our last day at Koh Samui we wanted to treat ourselves so we booked this nice villa.Villa we stayed is new.It has it's own private pool with an amazing city view.Staff was very welcoming.Greeted us with a smile till check out.Overall enjoyed our stay in this nice luxury villa.

Bad location, NO facility, Cheater”

Totally NOT recommend this villa, we are very disappointed. Too many things I want to feedback so I type it in point form. I am not sure whether AGODA will delete it or not. 1. Location very bad, on the mountain and can't go out 2. No any facilities in the hotel, only can stay in your own villa. Even NO restaurant 3. Room is dirty and your foot will turn black after 1 minutes. One of the air conditioner is broken and very hot. 4. Water move out to the room and whole toilet when you bath 5. Only 4 shuttle bus per day. 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. But no shuttle for other time and the staff ( I think is manager) didn't tell us detail and just ask us to call taxi when we go out which alliance with them. $400 THB to night market with 10 mins transportation time only. 6. The hotel is still on the construction, the road and everything still not ready to us. 7. The manager in the villa said he can pay us one trip to night market when we check in. However, the car driver ask us to pay. When we call the manager , he said he never said that after arriving night market. We could only pay on our own. He reconfirmed that he can pay for our shuttle bus fee only. Big question?? We need to pay for shuttle bus??? 8. Swimming is much small than we expected and the photo showed. 9. Only one Security at night time. No other staff. 10. Manager do not clear the charge. When we left the villa, we need the car again and he said we need to pay $600 for 15mins transportation fee again????? But I said your charge table showing $400 only (I have no way to leave). Then he said "yes" 400THB. 11. Not private at all. You can hear the voice from other Villa and you can easier to see other customer. Don't waste your time and money to try this.

This villa is awesome ! It is located at uphill which u do really need a car to reach the place, however, they do providing u free shuttle to chaweng town from 9am-5pm. Although the price is expensive , but really worth a try.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans la villa n°2. La villa n'était pas trop mal dans son ensemble... Cependant, il y avait beaucoup trop de points négatifs pour le prix! La première chose qui nous a un peu surpris, c'était que le complexe n'était pas tout à fait achever :( tout était encore en travaux avec des bruits de travaux dès 9h pff . Il n'y avait pas de salle de sport, pas de cours de tennis, pas de services d'hoteleries . Ensuite, l'accé à l'Aqua Samui se fait par la montagne, ce qui signifie que sans voiture ou moto cela reste très très ennuyant pour sortir le soir. Une navette est disponible de 9h à 17h pour vous rendre à chaweng. Le périmètre de la navette est très restreint, si vous souhaitez vous rendre à un autre endroit elle devient payante :( . Les taxis ne montent pas jusqu'à l'Aqua Samui car l'accè est trop pentu et ce n'est rien de le dire car même avec de la bonne volonté c'est très difficile à monter et pas envisageable si on n'est pas un parfait sportif et est encore moins avec des enfants. Un vrai bémol sur l'entretien de la villa... Le nettoyage était très sucssin :/ Les points positifs, c'est la vue de la villa qui surplombe tout Chaweng et la piscine de la villa. Pour ma part, je n'y retournerais pas, un peu deçu tout de même... A ce prix il y a des hotels plus luxeux avec des vrais prestations d'hotel. A bonne entendeur ....

Tolles Apartment mit Aussicht ”

Top neues Apartment oberhalb von Chaweng Beach mit Aussicht auf selbigem. Anlage ist teilweise fertig und wird bereits vermietet, teilweise sind Apartments noch im Bau. Wem das nicht stört und wer gerne neues Equipment mit tollem eigenen Pool im Apartment hat ist hier genau richtig. Keine Insekten da alles total dicht verschließbar ist. Super Klimaanlagen. Allerdings seit gewarnt, die Auffahrt zum Apartment ist nur für geübte Autofahrer, da sie extrem steil ist. ( macht mit dem richtigem Fahrzeug Spaß). Sehr zu empfehlen, da die meisten Hotels am Chaweng schon eher abgewohnt sind. Auto ein muss, da rundherum tote Hose. Wie gesagt top Apartment am Berg und rundherum nix außer toller Aussicht.

とにかくロケーションが最高 プライベートプールがインフィニティプールになっているのはサムイでもそうないのではないでしょうか？ かなりな高台故の絶景とプライベート感は一度体験する価値があります。 またレンタカーで訪れなくとも、ヴィラのサービスでチャウエンの街まで連れて行ってくれるので、買い出しも問題ないようです。

酒店位於山上。房間清潔度，設施，員工態度都很不錯。每個房間都設有無邊際泳池。從房間望出去風景無敵。能望到整個查汶海灘。超長海平線！ 為一缺點就是去酒店哪條山路太斜。斜得恐怖。電單車應該要給盡油才跑到上去！ 酒店有提供接駁車。價錢比的士優惠！ 總括來說一切都好。更適合自駕遊人仕。 如果不是自駕遊就交通麻煩點！

酒店風景一流，睡房普通，大廳配套齊備早上可見到日出，服務人員友善，但建議必須自駕遊及駕駛經驗淺的司機要小心，因為由大街至酒店的山路非常斜(估計有45度斜)，晚上没有街燈， 路面欠維修凹凸不平崎嶇。
