made a mistake with the dates of the arrival and there was no consideration place was not clean at all I felt the place was dirty under the bed and on the bed the good thing is the pool for kids, the bakery and 7/11 are close and there at the end of a road near by food court

It's not allowed to rent out these properties to tourists. Police came when we were there to check-in. They ask why we were there. We show a reservation, and he say not allow to be there. But

Nice condo and good location”
The condo has enough space to accommodate two adults and two kids The unit is a bit run down and not had small water on bathroom. But nothing to ruin a vacation. Location is good. just a short walk to the beach and night market

Honestly the stay was okay but the staff was not..”
Had a email from Jael stating to call them to confirm my stay, which i did. upon calling. They couldn't speak english well (i understand this fully and i do not blame them.) which i poceeded to drop them a WhatsApp message with my booking detail. was told that my booking was not with them. had to add my name in which they found out i have a booking under them. Upon reaching the condo. was told that i have not paid for the room. which when i checked my Agoda app. it was just pending on their side to do the deduction. the administrative side is all over the place. luckily i had my girlfriend who is Thai to translate for me, never would i book with them anymore though.

Really Nice 1 bedroom condo”
Our apartment was clean and comfortable. No internet, but a phone to the Atlantis team took care of that next day. There is a well stocked 7 eleven in the building and good restaurants and german bakery/supermarked just across the street. Its a 10 minute walk to the beach and there are laundry, food markeds etc close by. If you travel with children they will love the pool area where children play all day. There are kitchen, bathromm and pots and pans so you can make food yourself. There are no hot water, and t he shower is lukewarm at its best, but who cares :)

Dirty and Lots of cockroaches beware!”
I was so impressed that the place is so awful we found cockroaches and it is not clean at all The decorations is just like in the picture but the real place is not clean at all and it is an old building not what u see in the pictures that they show u in AGODA so I would say the price is very cheap compare with other place but that is why it is so cheap because it is plenty of cockroaches and not clean at all and also no wifi :( i was there 27-30 December 2021

No staff at the reception. We waited 2 hours for checkinn. Dirty loud Appartment. Very dirty disgusting pool. Asbo!

Absolut runtergekommen. Es ist auch kein richtiges Hotel , es sind Apartments. Es stinkt, ist schimmelig und völlig abgeranzt. Von Sauberkeit kann man gar nicht reden. Der Pool sah auf den ersten Blick schön aus hat aber die besten Jahre schon hinter sich. Die Rutschen sind stellen weise abgeblättert Sodas sich die Kids die Haut aufgeschabt haben und das Wasser hat ganz komisch gerochen und geschmeckt. Die Lage ist auch nicht besonders gut und Internet gibt es dort auch keines

체크인하기 위해서 마치 리셉션이 있는것처럼 말함 왔다고 이메일을 보내면, 키의 위치를 말해주고 끝남 냉장고 크기도 적당하며 시설도 좋았음 특히 수영장이 좋았음
