Receiptionist cant speak english.Then the toilet was clogged,until we need to inform receiptionist.but receiptionist dont know to speak english.hard to explain until we meet maintenance hotel and ask him to see the toilet.then he solved the problem with a minutes.location also far from the attraction city.like a subtown.

Spacious room, no kettle but you can get hot water from reception. Ironing need to do at the reception area. There is an elevator. Overall good stay for us. Don't mind to come again in future.

Near to town”

We went for a night stay, quite big room for two. Clean toilet, clean towels, and spacious parking lot. We just parked our car and rent a bike with them. Don't worry, they also got security for that. Betong town only 2-3 min from there, so you can ride round the clock tower to eat, to shop or just to see the people there. They don't provide you electric kettle in the room but you can have your hot water or drinks down at the lobby. My husband have his own quite lot. All staffs were good too and the best part was it is near to 7 Eleven! haha

Clean and Comfortable ”

We checked in on 04Jan2020 and checked out on 06Jan2020. The room was clean & comfortable. Located near to a food court,eateries shops,laundry and massage shop.The 7 eleven just across the road. Free coffee and Milo provided at the lobby. Good service from the bell boy and room cleaner. The front desk need improvement on attitude especially the lady in headscarf. Do remember to book your room first on Agoda rather then just walk in because you will need to pay higher price.

Owner of hotel rips you off”

My group encountered an vehicle accident this week outside the hotel as a traveler. Not only did the young-chap owner of the hotel participated in the extortion of our cash with the van driver, he does not even make logical sense by asking us to just pay for it or we'll go to the police station. Terrible experience. The table has full of ants as well. I am giving 2-star as the hotel staff promptly called for the owner to arrive at night.

Very helpful front desk & bellman”

Both front desk & bellman served very nicely, especially when agoda refused to amend the check in date. But the hotel front desk asked no question and amend the check in date when I call direct to the hotel.

Hot wall”

508 wall behind the bed is hot when sun position there. The rest all ok.

Convenience store and food shops nearby. Needed to take cab to town.

Good place to stay”

Bed is comfortable and the aircon really good, everything’s needed are provided in the room, just need to upgrade the door, change the height of the shower head, change the charger socket to a better position as well as add more sockets would be better. Hope these could be found upgraded when we come for second visit.
