Lovely helpful staff”

The room was very nice and a good size. The staff are magnificent, especially the lady who did my room and the breakfast lady. They carried my heavy bag upstairs, and the room lady carried it down when I checked out, went up the road to get me a Tuk Tuk, then carried my bag to the Tuk Tuk. The only problem was I could only get 1 channel on the TV.

clean and big room. staff is friendly. let me check-in early. hotel next to BigC market,KFC. if you walk to other side 500meters more. have other shopping mall Robinson & Tops Market. if go 2km more you will arrive thai-laos border.

Used the hotel whilst going to Savannahket for a visa. Friendly at check in, plenty of secured parking at the back, very clean modern feel about the place. Beds very comfy and good shower. Breakfast basic but O.K. Not near any entertainment so had to use my car for a night out. Next to Big C for snacks. Definitely use again.

Was going to Savannakhet for new visa, left my car in car park it was safe, desk ordered me taxi to take me to bridge, room was spotless and big, great comfy bed, great shower, rice thai soup in morning was tasty, English channels on TV, next to Big C for supplies, beers in fridge at recepition were only a few baht more than 7-11,

A real wonderful surprice. Spacy room, nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Bathroom a treat. The Bird Day Hotel is in class, with some of the top hotels in Mukdahan. It will not be the last time I stay at The Bird Day Hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night while going to Savannaket the next day to do a visa run. Hotel is in a good location beside the Big C shopping center, not far from the bus station also. The staff were friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and shower was good. Would stay there again

The location is along main street, and beside big supermarket. Breakfast is also very nice and interesting. The room is very wide and the height of ceiling is very high. We can relax enoughly. As for launguage, Japanese can be used.

The hotel/guest house is good. A bit expensive for what it is. It's not really a 3 star accommodation, 2 plus would be more accurate. Beds are excellent, hot water not consistent. Decoration simple but ok. Missing in the room is a water cooker and coffee/thee (is about standard in any 2 & 3 star accommodation nowadays). Really dislike the milky window between room and bathroom (no function) only disturb the light flow when you are sleeping. Breakfast too simple (not much choices) to be call inclusive breakfast. Big plus and very good "khao tom" (ricesoup), but this is not everyone. Price level should be about 20% lower.

Excellent ”

Hotel was perfectly situated for my crossing into Lao in the morning. Room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and we were allowed to have it early as we were travelling into Lao at 7am. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

One night stay !”

Only stayed the one night, good value for money. We had a slight problem with the air-con as it didn't seem to cool the room enough during the night, woke up sweating with various noises coming from the unit. Reasonable breakfast offered, although as I was cycle racing in the morning I choose to eat my own stuff that I brought with me. Tiles in the shower cubicle are slightly slippy so caution needed in there. Would probably stay again and recommend to other people.

Staff friendly. English is not great but ok . A little cheap on suppling toilet paper and hand soap . But hotel very clean and suite are very nice . Well worth it value and more . I will stay there in future .

this was a great place, an enormous bed that was clean and comfortable, pillows that were clean and FRESH, The staff pleasant and in the morning a simple but good breakfast. I was only there while passing thru but one of the best value places I have stayed at.

I visited there in the morning, I was with 4 month old baby. They allowed me to early check-in. Room was nice and fancy and bed is big and comfy. I slept in so comfortable atmosphere. Room was so clean. Breakfast was nice, I enjoyed. big c was just next to hotel, which was so convinient. Robby place is also nice. After check out, I could take rest in there. Staffs seemed not to speak English very well. but They are soo helpful so I don;t feel any inconvinience. If i visit there again, I would stay in bird day again.

Comfortable room, attentive staff, good breakfast”

We stayed two nights at the Bird Day. The staff were helpful, the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and the noodles or rice soup with fresh fruit for breakfast were nice. The location next to Big C was good for modern shopping and food, and the drive to the riverside was quick and easy. If you don't have a car, and you're looking to stay by the river, this is not the place for you.

Bird day boutique hotel is in a good locatine,good services and. Very cheap. The room is clean and breakfast also very delicious. I love cooffee here coz very good test. Next time I will stay at this hotel again.
