Very nice apartment large and very very clean ”
I was greeted with excellent by The Owner Niti she was so happy to have the famous actor staying at her place. I also met her wonderful husband Gio and he is a stickler for details making sure that every new visitor gets a wonderful experience. The place was clean and big it looks like it was freshly painted just for me. The location is great near the beach and great food in both directions. I’m sorry I to leave but I really enjoyed my stay oh and I had to break the bad news to Niti , that I was not really Danny Glover. Thank you guys for a great stay you and your place Breezy House is highly recommend by me and I am sure Mr Glover would love it too.

Huge Apartment near to the Beach.. ”
Good: The apartment is extremely large with two separate bedrooms. The couple that run the property are extremely friendly and genuine. There is a fridge freezer, TV and microwave plus they supply bottles of water each day. Bad: Everything worked fine and we didn’t have any problems.

Exactly what you see in the picture. Spacious room, helpful service, great location. 1-2 minutes walk to beach. My granny loves this place most in this whole Thailand trip. I forgot my watch when I left there and the owner sent me email before I realized that. Grateful for this. Really very nice.

A friendly quiet place to enjoy Jomtien Beach”
Giordano and Tini are very warm and welcoming, and are very helpful. They bend over backwards to make things easy. They even helped arrange a Buddhist ceremony for my girlfriend and I. A few good restaurants are nearby, and of course the truck buses run semi-regularly. Very good value.

Quiet and Relaxing Area, Clean and Spacious Condo Unit”
Breezy house is few meters from the Jomtien Coast..it may not be very close to the crowded Pattaya center but it is very convenient to shops and restaurants (full of them along the coast).. public utility vehicle runs along the coast (private taxi available at the 7-11) and you may also rent a motorbike to go around (breezy house has 2 units). The area is quiet, relaxing, close to a fishing village (if you go out early in the morning you will see fishermen on their boat selling their catch for the day!) The place is a condo with a shared jacuzzi and a good size swimming pool, we were assigned at the 6/f spacious and almost new 1 BR unit with balcony, it's very clean and it's furnished AND the hosts are amazing--helpful and very accommodating! We will definitely go back... see you on our next holiday.

Accommodation was very clean spacious with some cooking facilities. Owners were great, very helpful and very friendly. Location is in the quieter area of Jomtien, however, beach / restaurants / 711 are within a 5 minute walk. They offer mopeds for hire as well at reasonable rates so you can travel around with ease. I would in future not bother with any other guest house, BnB or Hotel, The Breezy House was perfect and I will stay there every time and recommend to anyone I know travelling to Jomtien close to Pattaya.

Clean Spacious and Family-like Service”
Really loved our stay here! Place is owned by an Italian guy and his Thai wife. They are very welcoming and kind, and immediately make you feel like you’re at home. Scooter rentals are available as well. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer! We will definitely be here the next time we come to Pattaya.

Great stay at Breezy House... The hotel is 200m from the sea, you can partially see the sea from the balcony... 10thb and 20 minutes ride on songthaew and you are in the city center. Staff are amazing, kind and helpful. The apartment was clean with brand new furniture, really felt like a home for 11 days.

was met with a genuine warm welcome and knew it was going to be a good stay. lovely big modern room and the room was very stylish. moments from the beach and 7/11 at the bottom of the road and get to see genuine Thai fisherman at work. have a baht bus that runs regularly in both directions that can take you most places cheaply was good and will stay again

I was unsure what kind of place I had booked. The owner is a nice Italian man and his nice Thai wife. They are most helpful and very friendly. It is a condominium type of place with facilities for cooking and all the necessary crockery and facilities thrown in to make a home stay comfortable. It is quiet and pleasant there. Good security although probably since you are in Jomtien, you feel you will not need it. It is relaxed and layed back in this area, compared to the madhouse pattaya up the road is. I would stay here again. It gives you the feel that you are living in a comfortable home type of environment, rather than a hotel. Thumbs up from me!
