Excellent stay”
We liked alot the resort style and the cleaniness and also the friendly staff. The beach is very nice with white sands and the water is very good for swimming. The breakfast was very nice everything available and the food at the restaurant was great. We really enjoyed it

The hotel is super nice, has a very calm vibe through it's garden atmosphere, the location is perfect and it is spotlessly clean. But what really stands out is how friendly, professional and welcoming everyone from the staff is. Their hospitality really made a difference!!!

Amazing place to stay”
Unfortunately, we only stayed here for one night but we wish we could have extended. This place feels like heaven. The staff is friendly, room is super clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The common areas are beautifully decorated and well taken care of for an authentic experience. The beach water is clear and perfect for swimming. The hotel manager, Manfred, is the heart of this place and takes excellent care of the guests. It was an absolute pleasure to be here.

Best choice on Chaweng Beach”
Pros: Clean room with nice and private garden. Good breakfast and food, generally. Very good massage in hotel. Nice beach with white sand. Cons: Jacuzzi was not working in our small private pool. Sunbeds on the beach and close too pool are not comfortable, being very hard (we asked for "bean bags", much better!).

The service was very nice! The manager is very friendly, he will greet you every morning during breakfast. Every staff we met are super nice and friendly. And the view is also amazing.🤩 It is such a pity that we missed out the fire show as we already checked out 😭

This a terrific hotel. It’s on a wonderful beach. Rooms are clean, tasteful and accurately depicted on Agoda. The breakfast is good. The property is well managed with excellent, well trained staff. Really good restaurants are nearby. The grounds are well maintained.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful boutique sized hotel and resort. Friendly staff, great service. Second to none beach front area with pool, loungers, bar, spa area, etc. Comfortable outdoor restaurant with reliable menu and a well set out breakfast buffet. Location is perfect for exploring Chaweng. We will be back.

I kept coming back to this hotel. Great friendly staff, good clean room, feels relax in a resort style with lots of trees. When late afternoon comes, I would run and spend an hour or two at the beach. I've been there several times while working remotely where I can do my work during the day at the beach area or the restaurant, or even across the lobby, this makes it WFH (work from hotel) possible :-)

Great ancient village setting”
The layout of the rooms is similar to what I would expect a village in olden times to look like. If you have the choice, I would highly recommend a room on the bottom floor as you will have you own wooden gate entry as well as your own private pool.

We have stayed at the Buri Rasa for at least 6 times now because we like the fact that it is a quaint and personal hotel unlike the big chain hotels. We have also tried several other hotels along Chaweng but now nothing rivals the Rasa. On this occasion, we have a lovely meal to celebrate my Birthday down on the beach on my last night. As we were finishing, the staff brought out a surprise Birthday cake. My partner said she never asked them for it so I have no idea how they knew it was my Birthday but thank you for such a memorable stay. We are planning on staying there again in May 2020 and can't wait.

The staffs are exceptional. They are all helpful friendly and humble. The whole place is gorgeous very traditional luxurious Thai style village. The room is beautifully designed and decorated. The breakfast was delicious. Its a buffet but you order them to make main dishes so the food come hot and fresh. There are so many trees. I enjoyed watching birds and squirrels playing. The beach at the resort is very clean and water is so clear, so clear that you can see fishes and the bottom of the sea. Too bad i traveled alone this time. I would very much want to share this experience with someone. I will come back again for sure with my friends or my family.

A wonderful Experience”
The rooms are very spacious with a couch and a very comfy bed. I loved our welcome drink that was left in the ref a mix of difference of colours and taste. I was pleasantly surprised that the TV including Netflix's so I had the opportunity to watch some good series b4 retiring. The bathroom is very big a mix of walking back in the time & the very modern. I loved the coconut hand soap, shampoo & conditioner. The breakfast area has a nice view of the ocean & the is the eggs Benedict was 1st class. I shall miss watching the squirrels climbing the tree as they were cheeky hahaha. When you walk out of your accommodation you are surrounded by greenery and rustic charm with gentle type of spa music, as you progress towards the restaurant and the beach and if your lucky you will greeted by Dodo the friendly local black & white dog who I nicknamed Mr No Legs as they were so short.....Many thanks to Arm who was the guy who took care of us at breakfast, for our towels and drinks

Right from when we pulled up to the hotel after 17 hours of travelling, we were greeted with a friendly smile and a refreshing passionfruit cold tea. The room was beautiful and spotless and everything in the mini bar was complimentary which is always a bonus! You could have whatever you wanted for breakfast, from full English to full Thai traditional soups and rice which was absolutely delicious. We made full use of the happy hour and the food specials as we thought the food and drinks were a little on the expensive side. We explored restaurants outside of the hotel on the main road in Chaweng which we would recommend doing if you want something cheaper. The grounds were exceptionally well kept so it looked stunning! The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive making our stay even more special. Overall if you don’t mind spending a little extra, we would definitely recommend staying at the Buri Rusa as it’s been our favourite hotel whilst staying on Koh Samui, Ko Phangan and Ko Tao!

Post Covid Visit”
Had a really great stay here. As of July 2020 the Chaweng Beach area is dead, but the beach and facilities at Buri Rasa are beautiful. We went to stay near Fisherman’s Village and ended up coming back here. Friendly staff, cold drinks, lovely rooms. Definitely considering staying here!
