Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback. We are absolutely sorry for your last experience. We take grievances very seriously, they help us improve service. Regarding the security process, the Condo complex has paid security guards at the gate 24/7; and inside the building company personnel are on watch near the pool and other public areas throughout the building. Further, guests have to register at the guard gate. Moreover, each guest that resides at this complex are provided with a special registered electronic key (registered with the security guards) no one can use the lift or enter the living areas without this special electronic key. As a result of your feedback, we had both air conditioners inspected and tested by Samsung and they were found to be operating properly, these air conditioning units are still under warranty. We have owned this property since new, only about 2.5 years (New Condo). Again, thank you for your comments.

We are sorry for your last experience. 1st, just a reminder, this is a personal home not a hotel, we are a Thai family that lives here during the off season, the "Average Staff" are members of our family. “No TV and Thai movies.” As you know, this is Thailand, so, most things in Thai society are presented in the Thai language including TV programs. However, we have contacted AIS our cable TV provider, we found our guest can receive international TV, AIS will charge a small fee. Also, you stated "no TV in room, in order to clarify, our home the Condo has a flat screen TV in the living Room and that is where we prefer to watch TV. On the otherhand, we do not have a TV in the bedroom. Regarding our contract housekeeping personnel, as in the past and in the future, we want our guests to call us right away if housekeeping does not show as scheduled. However, the Condos are on private property. We we own a few, some of them are leased and a few are rented out. So, our staff meets our guest at the gate. Because, this is a secure gated community as we also explain it is not a hotel. Check in is from 11:00 AM to 17:00 or the guest can request early check in, however, we need to be notified in advance. Because, this is a Condo we have housekeeping clean every three days or for a small there every day cleaning. Nonetheless, we appreciate your patronage.
