Great Value”

A low cost but very nice spacious room with ample amenities including free WiFi, a refrigerator, adequate toiletries and comfortable bed. The free breakfast was somewhat mediocre with limited selection, but overall the Dee Prom is an excellent choice for staying in Chaiyaphum, Thailand.

clean and quiet”

This was a comfortable and clean hotel and my room was of an adequate size. The girl at reception was very helpful and organised a local to drive me to a nearby village (50 kms away)for a reasonable price. Breakfast was nice.

Good for a nights rest”

I don’t remember a lot as I was tired but I do remember the intricate furniture in the foyer good for tourist selfies.....

Great place to stay in Chaiyaphum ”

Hotel is basic but meets pretty much all the needs I had. Only negative thing was the mattress on the bed was a little too firm for my liking but I'm sure some would like that kind of thing. Overall, very happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

Good spacious rooms with great location”

We had a nice stay at Dee Prom. What we liked the most was the really good location with smaller Thai restaurants near by. The breakfast was OK although the small English breakfast part of it could have been warm. Our room was spacious and had a nice sound system.

Nice hotel close to the city”

We had a great stay at a deluxe room at Dee Prom. The room was big and had all the stuff we needed as a fridge, TV, bath tub and even a speaker system! The staff was very helpful with our requests. Will stay there again for sure.

The best hotel in Chaiyaphum, value for the money!”

This is probably the best valued Hotel for the Money. Fast check-in an very attentive room maids. The rooms are clean new and well maintained. I will for sure book my stay in this Hotel again for my next Chaiyaphum visits. Even thouhgt it is from the same chain as Siam River, the room Price is much cheaper and the Standard for this area is quite outstanding for its Price.

Good apart from”

Everything was fine apart from the Shower had no Pressure So very hard to shower with water only Dribbling out The bed was very hard but that's normal for Thai Beds in Hotels The room was large Clean and Tidy We will stay again but check the shower next time

Just A City Hotel....”

The room I stayed in has a slight smell, seems to be coming from the washroom, but I didn't complain because it's not overwhelming and heck, I'm just staying 2 nights. After a while, the nose get used to it. Room doesn't feel very clean (most other hotels I stayed in Thailand, whether old or new, feels very clean); floor feels a little dusty. And just like most other hotels in Thailand, the staff here are very friendly, always trying their best to help with directions if you are unsure how to go to a particular place.

i had a good stay at the dee prom , i will certainly stay there again , the location of the hotel was great , the rooms where good , the staff where always heilpful , the breakfast was average but ok . but i would tell tell my friends to stay there

lovely, restful hotel with helpful staff”

we enjoyed our stay here. provided a good opportunity for a restful time after some time in busy bangkok. lobby is a restful place to spend time. hotel is handy to all that chaiyaphum has to share. we found the city welcoming and honest (ie not "touristy")which we loved. hotel staff very helpfull.

We found the Hotel very easily plenty of parking Safe were very help full They had our Hotel voucher printed out ready for us The hotel is new Very clean and tidy Very happy with our stay Breakfast doesn't start till after 7am no good for those early risers But we were happy we will stay again

I was stayed at Dee Prom Hotel 2 nights. It safe and clean for me. I sure for tell my friends to be there in the next time.

Country/City”

Disappointed with the hotel because it could be so much better. The buffet breakfast is catered into the hotel and it is cold when it arrives. There is plenty to eat, but, everything is cold and the staff do nothing to warm it up. This hotel is located in a city that geared toward the country folk and not the tourist. The entrance is an accident waiting to happen because of the plants that are watered and the ramp is wet during this time. There is a sewage smell coming from the toilet because like most small hotels in Thailand they do not use traditional plumbing techniques and the sewage gases back out into the guest rooms.

Dee Prom Hotel”

The room I occupied was very basic - toilet and shower to match - bed ok - TV impossible to find English language channels - breakfast mmmmm - cold fried eggs and toast - limited choice for Europeans - sausages from Hell!! But at the price not so bad I suppose. Best ask for a room without a dawn pigeon chorus. My room's balcony seemed to contain the entire mating population of Chaiyaphum.

Friendly stafff, large rooms, not very clean”

Staff was friendly but spoke almost no english. The rooms was large but poorly cleaned. Beds pretty hard. In my room there was a very anoying noice from rippling water from some of the rooms around. If you are just staying for a few days and only need somewhere to sleep at low price the hotel meets the requirements. But the cleaning need improvements!

Very comfortable sleep apart from the screaming children in the hallway, use it to play late at night early morning, it's a good quality hotel for the Thai people, no TV in English, the wi-fi speed is very good, breakfast is a Thai style breakfast, good toast but no milk for coffee, centrally located to both North and South bus stations. There is nothing to see or do in this town, it is a town catering to the farming community surrounding this town, it is 5 hours nort of Bangkok then another 5 hours to Udon Thani, a stop over, nothing more.

Rasonable hotel. Swimming pool was large buit out of commission. Great evening buffet, too much food in fact. Beakfast was average though. Very quiet, seems few people travelling to the region at the moment as frequent, heavy rain showers.
