Place is a hovel. Electric circuit breaker next to the shower head. Cockroaches in the bathroom. The whole place is knackered. Walked ou immediately and went somewhere else.

In desperate need of a make over”
The hotel is located in a good quiet location in Jomtien. The bed and aircon were good but the hotel it self is in desperate need of a make over. Everything looks old and worn out. Cracks in doors and bathroom tiles and rust in the bath tub. Won't return back before they did a complete makeover.

Bad Old Hotel ”
I booked Euro Star International Hotel for 9 Nights after reading the reviews on Agoda ,10 ,9.2 good reviews. I paid 1100THb (49AUD) per Night. At my arrival at this Hotel nobody showed me to my room or helped with the Luggage. In the Elevator to the 5th Floor I nearly fainted, foul smell, hot and very slow Lift. The Room looked cold, old and had no character, like shown on their Website, very old patches of paint everywhere, didn’t make me feel comfortable. At night time I felt I was on a Airplane from the Noise from the air conditioner unit from the Big Hotel next to this Hotel The Bathroom looked the same old and run down. I had No hot water, no floor mat and the Bath Towels, where dirty stained and ripped. I checked out from this Dump after only 2 Nights ,losing 350 AUD ,but I couldn't Stay in a Hotel like this. You can find better Hotels in the area for 500/600THB I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel to any Body, STAY AWAY from EURO STAR International Jomtien Beach

Awful Non-Professional”
What can staff at reception do, when there is no staff or room service available after 8 O Clock. There is no coffee sachets, and thin polythene bed sheets, which no one uses ever , broken showers, no hot water, in nut shell we can say its fake three star hotel, where even staff is not available for room service. Also, dont forget to block your 1000 Baht for security for keys. Not worth for any kind of traveller, can see people fighting over there on petty issues.

Water in the shower is tricking down. Wood cabinets and bathroom door are peeled and broken Left the room at 10 AM, returned at 5 PM, the room wad still not cleaned. Had to talk to the front desk in order to get someone to clean the room.

Good overall”
Very good value for money but sheets not changed during 10 day stay and toilet not cleaned, got clean towels when we asked for them. All the staff were very nice and friendly

we got tothe hotel waited for the reception for 20 min then only one room was available for check in. i had to wait till the afternoon. i saw my firends room toilet had stains on the lid and inside. had mold all in the bathroom any were a silicon filler was used. clacked mirror in the bath room and table in the room. the fridge look descusting.i didnt even check in my friend checked out. quickly changed hotels. i honestly felt it didnt look secure enough to stay there and 0 to none security. they took my first day paymen even when i didnt check in but i just wanted to get out of there. thanks to agoda i got someof my money back

If its location you are looking for, you will not find better than this. Hotel rooms need total refurb. but you pay for what you get and at 500 baht per night its hard to beat Jomtien is perfect for family nice and quiet and beside the sea.

This is a nice and simple hotel, in a street that's not full of bars and noise, yet very close to all conveniences. The staff is very helpful, they let me cancel the booking one day early because of changed travel plans. Much appreciated!

warning I stayed at the Eurostar International Hotel hotel in jomtien pattaya about a week in 2018 It is the worst hotel i stayed in Thailand Me and my friend have booked a hotel room for about 10 nights all the furniture in the room old dirty worn disgusting.bed pillows blankets roads floor everything smells mold the room stinks mold I get headache right when I get into the room. I'm sure spending my time outside to avoid getting into space. the bathroom old worn dirty moldy smells disgusting It's not three star hotels. In the agoda website, the hotel is sold as a three star hotel, one can easily be fooled by It's a fake marketing.I have moved out of the hotel before my end. I can not cope

worst relation price/quality ”
there r 2 hotels with same name European. the International on the name, this one, is a bit old with so many odd things, from elevator that occasionally don't get to the upper floor to room staff below level... Breakfast quite ordinary. Worst of all, my reservation at 47$US/3 nts canceled, due to Agoda bad organisation for payment, made new at 84$US n upon arrival had to pay 105$US bcoz it was said new booking was managed by Agoda through Booking.com. I felt robbed, honestly. complain to Agoda in due course

Ok for the money”
Very inexpensive and everything was OK for the price. Actually have a very nice pool area but location is not that nice. Safe, but just unappealing being down an alley with no view out of the windows at all. Very close to the beach though, just a few minutes walk, so really not that bad.

Stayed 6 days, CC Machine broken when arrived and staff let us fix up next day with baht, room had only just been painted and had very strong paint smell staff offered to change room but no view, photos of bathrooms must have been when new as they are not like that now.

The hotel is slightly overpriced, compared to hotels in other parts of Thailand. (900). Close to the sea, close to many bars, restaurants and food shops. Swimming pool is maintained too well, water hurts the eyes but it is very clean. Cleaning the rooms not very good. Like many hotels here it needs some refurbishment. I am in Thailand and want to eat Thai. However, no Thai breakfast available..

Close to the beach, clean pool. (Bit too much chloride). For me negative: no Thai breakfast. Standard two slices of toast, egg, two sausages and two slices of ham. Some may love it, I don't like it at all. Food shops, restaurants and bars nearby. First room I had was at the backside, very noisy. It was no problem to change to the street side. More quiet and much better shower. WiFi was worse... it is not really clean. For the price I paid (900), you get much better hotels in Thailand. I don't know how it is in Pattaya....
