Phòng rộng đầy đủ tiện nghi, khá thoải mái. Tuy nhiên hơi xa trung tâm, di chuyển tốn tiền và time, nhân viên nói tiếng anh khó nghe. các bạn nên chọn khách sạn gần walking street, buổi tối vui và nhộn nhịp hơn.

Hotel near outdoor pub..loud at night..can not sleep”

I do not recommend anyone to stay this hotel since it is located near the outdoor pub. Its sound is so loud till 2AM. You can hear the beat and window's vibration until it ended. I selected the endmost room but it could not help. Moreover, bathroom is so smelly from the drain pipe. Never go back again.

Great place ”

Great place to stay! Rooms are cleaned daily Coming home to a clean room everyday is the best! Water and fresh towels daily Has balcony Friendly staff with a night time security guard ( nice guy ) nd security door on your floor. downsides for myself was having the aircon blow directly on the bed and location is a little far from central and walking street to be going in and out, unless you have a scooter then it’s perfect. DNA club is a little noisy but you quickly forget about it

Very good for a service apt. Pls change all the ceiling lights in the rooms to white daylight, there is not enough lights and warm white color makes it very dim at night. Or you can use a 3 color LED bulb controlled by switch. Coffee/tea in room and a bigger safe (cannot fit a notebook in) wld be nice.

Awesome place”

Surprisingly it's located at the quiet neighborhood which have many Koreans and Chinese. It is so convenient. Walking distance to Family Mart, 7-Eleven, 600m away from Big C, 4 laundry marts and lots of food choices. Room is spacious and with balcony. Can't complain what we had paid for.

This is the fifth time i atayed in this hotel, in particular its friendly staffs and all the time can provide helpful imformation, the hotel located in city pattaya n easy to look for it, on the other hand, the room is spacious with comfortable bed, im surely to stay in mooks hotel again if travel in pattaya

Good but could be better”

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Although the staff was very kind and helpful the establishment could use some work. The first night they put me in a room with a faulty toilet. They came to the room with a plunger at night to try to fix it, however that did not work. The pillow sheet slipped off of the pillow and there were very large dark stains on the pillow which I didn't report because I figured they were aware of it. In the morning when I reported the toilet issue wasn't resolved, they kindly moved me to another room. This room was clean, although I had no urge to check the pillows because I was disgusted from the first room, the room itself was clean and everything worked well. It had a microwave, some plates and silverware as well as a fridge which was a plus. The cleaning crew was also kind enough to come clean the room at a later time throughout my stay after I tipped them the first night. The room itself was noisy because it was windy and the cheap balcony doors would rattle all night long which woke me up several times throughout my stay.

this is a highly recommended hotel for anyone. Hotel is quiet with minimum noise. However if there are any improvement i would suggest the bed to be softer as it is too firm. Not everybody can sleeps with firm bed as is the case with my spouse.

Lovely Hotel and service with a smile”

This hotel is not like a hotel, because this is a residence, so I feel live in my house. The room is big, have a pantry, clean and modern design. and This is the best hotel when i lived in Thailand. The reception is very welcome, and give me the best service. they help me so much until we back to Bangkok. But this hotel is not near the beach, we must walked for 20-30 minutes if we want to go to the beach. But it's okay.. Near this hotel, have a 7eleven, many restaurant (but not in the morning), and many massage center with low price, but very cozy.

This is the fourth time i stayed in this hotel, due to its reasonable price and good location,especially for the room is very spacious and clean, and have lots of resturants nearby the hotel,overall, this is a very good hotel with reasonable price, if next time travel to pattaya again, i will stay there again!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff”

Friendly staff with very clean and tidy room. The only concern is poor air conditional along the corridor . Location is a little far from the beach and there's limited choose of food. Although it is not perfect but due to the price and the perfect room condition it was worst for revisit.

very good hotel mayby bit far from city center, but transportation is not problem in pattaya. rooms very clean and good bed. good and cheap local food available right outside of hotel. definedly will be back here next time.

Simple & Comfortable”

I don't need any hotel facilities like pool or gym because most of the time, I'll be outside sightseeing. Hence, decided to go for Mooks which is also within my budget. Clean, comfortable, simple hotel. Friendly staff. Location is a bit far from the beach (walking takes 30mins), but one can easily take a taxi there (8mins). Overall, recommended for a clean, comfortable stay.

Mook residence”

Mooks residence located at pattaya sai 3 road. It is not near the beach but the hotel is at the main street. The hotel are perfect. The room is very clean and very new. It is worth of money and recommend everybody to go there again.

Love hotel, staffs is so nice. room is very clean. properly furnish except the air condition in the room should not blow straight to the bed. LCD TV, fridge, dishwasher sink and etc. Dessert at the hotel is also very good. I have been in this hotel 3 times and I will go back again.

First time on 3rd”

So this is the first time I have stayed as far down as 3rd, the rooms are very good and clean here. Hot water and air con not a problem all good, the location may be a problem for those that don't know Pattaya well but a motor bike taxi right outside should help you out. There is music from outside until around 2am on some days, maybe a power point in the bathroom would help out too. The staff are really helpful, I checked out at 12.00 but my taxi was not coming until 5PM. They had no problem holding onto my bags until then, I would be happy to stay here again.
