Perfect location: 5 min walk to Tottenham Court Road tube, 500 feet from the British Museum, 5 minute walk to Russell Square. NOT in the center of all the touristy hubbub, but not so far removed that you feel isolated. You can see and feel the Edwardian charm coupled with modern conveniences. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I shall definitely return.
Amazing service, perfect location”
The service from staff was nothing short of amazing, our housekeeper continually went the extra mile to ensure we were completely comfortable during our stay. Their service was personalised, friendly and refreshing! Thank you to all the staff at the Kenilworth for making our holiday so wonderful.
Very comfortable hotel in great location”
In London for short family break. This hotel was in great location for bars shops and restaurants and transport. The room was very comfortable with good facilities. Perfect for our needs for this trip. Staff friendly and helpful
Overall, our stay was great! A bit pricey compared to hotels in other areas but reasonable for its location. Our hotel was conveniently located just a few steps away from Oxford Street where all the shopping is. There are lots of restaurants around and a subway station nearby. The rooms were spacious for two people, but I would recommend the double bed rather than two twin beds to get more space for luggage. Staff was very helpful in booking vans, tours and answering our queries. There was a minor hiccup as two of our companions got stuck in the elevator for a while, but staff was very quick to address the problem. I would definitely stay in this hotel again!
Rooms not bad very small bed,air conditioning noisy
The perfect hotel at the perfect location and amazing staff.”
Amazing location. Walking distance from Piccadilly Circus, Covent garden and a block from the British Museum. Staff is extremely nice. To the point of me entering my room and finding a thank you card with some fresh grapes, an apple and a pear. They make you feel like you’re staying at a private 7 Diamond resort. The rooms of course are similar to the quality of everything there. Super Soft bed, bathrooms with marble floor and fixtures.... amazing hotel.
They got the room ready by noon when we get there. Customer service were great and very friendly. Literally next to British museum and easy access to the tube. The room was spacious and clean.. the view is kinda bad but we don't really care..
nice and comfy deluxe king ,lost and found is very good”
We were there on new year week . We had very nice deluxe king room number 612 . delicious breakfast , with smoked salmon lost and found were superb , they kept the winter coat which my husband forgot in the cabbord and ship it back to my home . the stuffs were kind especially the one who keep our luggage before we left. Not far from Shoryu ramen which we loved .
Great for theatreland ”
Perfectly situated for Theatreland, within walking distance. Hotel room was quiet and clean . Without air con the room was too hot but with it, noisy. Little traffic noise from outside. Comfortable room with TV and complimentary drinks. You get a virtual host called Edward on your mobile if needed.
Great location, great staff, great hotel.”
To be totally honest, we couldn't find anything wrong with this hotel. Its in a great location close to Tottenham Court Rd tube station. The hotel bar was a really nice place to be in for pre or after dinner drinks, and they are priced fairly for London. We have to thank Belinda. Our receptionist who when she found out it was my girlfriends birthday, she very kindly upgraded our room to a business suite, which was amazing and very spacious and the bed was so big and comfortable. And to top it all of she sent my girlfriend a piece of birthday cake with a card. I think if all staff would be this attentive to customers needs. We would all have a better, happier experience. So all in all its a great place to stay. But i want to say a big big thank you to Belinda, who's kind gesture made our stay that little bit extra special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
Great location ”
Great location but tiny rooms considering the price.... I guess not unusual for London, however.
Trên cả tuyệt vời”
When I got there at 10:00pm, I was told they were overbooked,so they called me a taxi to Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton.Diana helped me a lot with my stay in the hotel for the past two nights. The room is great, and the housekeeper did an amazing job.And the staffs from the restaurant are fantastic!
Conveniently Located Accommodation”
YAY: location (in close proximity to the shopping area in oxford circus and bond street, west end theaters, and dining options in covent garden); good breakfast selection; clean bathroom with hot rails; friendly staff BOO: the room is quite small for its price; there was a leak in one of the rooms on the 1st floor (where our assigned room was located) and the hallway doesn't smell to nice. they offered to move us to their sister hotel but we were to lazy to pack and unpack again.
Amazing warm hospitality in a fantastic location for tourists. ”
My stay was perfect. The location was great and the people gave the warmest service they could possibly offer. One thing probably that should be noted would be the size of the room - which is not uncommon for city hotels, but other travellers who are used to spacious rooms might have a problem. But then again for the price I booked this for, I couldn't be any more satisfied.
5 minutes walk to British Museum and LSTMH”
At the end of a business trip I wished to extend my stay at this hotel. The hotel's web site showed no availability two days in advance. Fortunately, Agoda had apparently booked a group of rooms and had availability for the desired dates. The hotel's location was excellent. It was a 5 minute walk to the London School of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene (LSTMH) on Keppel St. and to the British Museum. Central London being expensive, the room was small and expensive compared to other cities, but a good value compared with others nearby. The breakfast buffet, included with my room, was extensive and included freshly brewed filter coffee and unlimited smoked salmon.
lovely hotel with a very good location”
stayed in the radisson edwardian for about 9 days on a business trip. the service was good and the rooms were very well done up even though they were a tad bit small. excellent location; within walking distance to west end and shopping areas and just a couple minutes walk away to tube station.
Good service and great location”
Good service at the Radisson Edwardian. would definitely stay there again if i'm back for a business trip or if i'll like a decently priced hotel for a short holiday. Very good location and within walking distance to both West End, Chinatown and Trafalgar Square shopping.
Good hotel in great location (right next to British Museum and within a short walk to Covent Gardens) with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very accommodating and professional.
Great location and service, rooms need refreshment”
I stayed for two nights at radison blu when i was visiting london with family. I ordered single room with no breakfast, and here is my opinion: Pros: -location was good, especially when shopping is your main focus because its near oxford steeet, regent street , covent garden, etc. -service was good, staff was friendly and check in was easy. Cons: -the room was small, its kinda difficult if you bring lots of luggage. -the room was also a little bit dated as some of the other said, and i felt that it need some refreshment. -the air conditioner was noisy, especially when you turn the ac higher. Its not the best hotel and its kinda overprice, but overall im still okay with the hotel and might be coming back to this hotel if i come back to london.
The staff is really helpful and kind ”
The location is perfect and the room is comfortable but small
