It was good value for what it is worth It is on the beach, it has a pool and good food. It’s close to where you need to go. Walk out the front and there are tons of Resturant’s, massage, and taxi’s if you need. It was as good as we needed it to be!

This hotel was nice but safes were in reception and reception was not 24hours, lift was also switched off between 10pm-6am so had to use stairs. It’s location was great and on the beach and close enough to bars etc. But not to close for noise at night.

Good Hotel located at a beautiful location”
The Hotel is already a little bit old. Nevertheless, it is a lovely place to stay. The Hotel is located directly on the beach. There are also many restaurants and nightlife places within walking distance. Although some of the furniture and decoration is a little bit old, you can see that the hotel owner is caring well and continuously renovating. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This Hotel is a good choice if you are traveling on a budget and want to stay at a central and beautiful location in Chaweng Beach.

Nice place but overpriced”
Stayed 5 nights in April, 2 + 2 (age 2+4). Why all booking platforms have to lie? 'only 2 rooms left', you check the next day 'only 4 rooms left', and so on. Finally, when you arrive and you see that 90 % of the rooms are empty, but you check on Agoda and it still says 'only 2 rooms left'. Also the discount can hardly be accurate. It was 75 % off, but still 2000 baht! Normal price 8000 baht! Really? The room clearly is not worth more than 1500 baht fully priced. We were welcomed with a disgusting smell in the room and it took a whole day to get it out. Room is super small, basically a bed, a fridge and a shower. Location is great, right at the beach and shopping street, close to Central shopping center. But room is still overpriced, especially as we got it at 75 % discount! Swimming pool is great, but our 2 year old got her arm sucked into the water pump on the last day and this was very painful. I hope they fixed it, so this will never happen again. Breakfast ok.

we only stayed for two nights due to scheduled flight. was upgraded for some reason and received the pool house which i can assume would be satisfying to most customers. bring a lock if you like to keep valuable things in the safety box at the front desk (which is closed from 10pm to 8am). otherwise you can purchase one from the front desk. quiet area although the island in general is "hectic". not a big fan of the beach and unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel is not the best one. still decent for small families though. would not recommend the restaurant. didn't feel as if they wanted us there and the food felt like it was just heated :(

Location wise is good, but hotel really needs a spruce up, facilities are looking very dated. Breakfast is very basic and the swimming pool is very small.

This Resort is too old for that price and have very old amenities like telephone, tv, A/C and they don't clean the fittings (it's easy to clean the fittings). The Air Conditioning Systems smells very bad. Sorry but they need to invest in the Rooms.

Their management have racist policies in place and I will never set foot in here again. Under the guise of “security” which only applies to Thai people and not white people. They can come up with any number of reasons for having any type of policy, but one which doesn’t apply to white people and only applies to Thai people is simply racist.

in a good location, 10 min walk to the center. the staff was friendly. the room and common areas were clean and well maintained. the breakfast buffet was sufficient. it was very good to sunbathe on the beach.

Great location and very friendly staff”
Had a very memorable break in this report, located at the Bophut side of Chaweng beach. Very accessible to all the necessities and nightlife. The resort itself has a nice private beach and consist of chalets and rooms. The staffs were great, very courteous and me and family really enjoyed our stay there. Weather was a bit rough past couple of days but never the less, would recommend this place!
