Phòng ẩm tối, trang thiết bị cũ kỹ, máy lạnh chạy kêu rất ồn, tuy nhiên tôi đi ra ngoài cả ngày chỉ về ngủ buổi tối nên cũng chẳng vấn đề gì. Có hồ bơi là một điểm cộng. Nhân viên chưa nhiệt tình cho lắm. Vị trí tương đối thuận tiện.

I used to stay here all the time but the last few years I've been testing other places out why I don't know as I love staying here the location is perfect as the choice of food in the mornings is great .it's always clean staff very good observant and on the ball ,I stay in sutus 5 most of the time and they are basic but it's everything I need ,has a jacuzzi and a lovely clean pool

Excellent value for money, in the heart of Soi Bukhow. Good swimming pools and nice air con rooms. You might even get to meet Yorkshire George who is a resident there for 21 years. Nice place and I always book here for a few nights when I visit.

Air con and ceiling fan good, only problem, not good wifi. It cuts on and off while trying to use. for me that makes or breaks a place. I dont need tv and am not picky with other stuff. If you dont need the wifi this place is fine

Staff friendly, room clean and cleaned daily, could do with a lick of paint, more expensive rooms have a better view. Restaurant food good, beer cold, if it's too hot or too wet a good place to relax and watch the crazy world that is Pattaya go by. Many bars and restaurants within 10minutes stroll, on the doorstep, arriving at the doorstep via street vendors (delicious and recommended)

SUTUS COURT SOI BUAKHAO PATTAYA THAILAND ”
SUTUS COURT 5 IS PART OF A GROUP OF UNITS WITH A CENTRAL RECEPTION,, LOCATION NEAR THE JUNCTION OF SOI LANKE IS IDEAL FOR GETTING AROUND PATTAYA BUT ALSO WITH A LOT OF NIGHTLIFE RIGHT ON THE VERY DOORSTEP. FACILITIES & THE HOTEL CONDITION IN GENERAL ARE A BIT TIRED BUT STILL ON POINT FOR A HOTEL AT THIS LEVEL & I WOULD STAY AGAIN, THE TV IS ADEQUATE, MY SHOWER WAS HOT THE AIRCON WORKED BUT WAS NOT AS COLD AS I WOULD LIKE, & STAFF WERE FINE, THERE ARE NO ROOM SAFES BUT THE RECEPTION SAFES WERE THE BEST CENTRALLY ORGANISED I HAVE SEEN WITH NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED , THE ONLY BLACK MARK WAS THE CENTRAL POOL WHERE THERE WAS A LACK OF CHLORINE IN USE & AS SUCH THE WATER, WHILST LOOKING CLEAN DID NOT TASTE AS SUCH ( SO KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT WHEN DIVING ), BUT THIS IS THE ONLY ISSUE THAT WOULD MAKE ME CONSIDER LOOKING ELSEWHERE WHEN BOOKING IF I WAS LOOKING AT A DIFFERENT HOTEL FOR THE SAME PRICE. BASICALLY SUTUS COURT IS AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER FOR A HOTEL IN IT'S BRACKET, ASIDE FROM THE POOL ISSUE

Court 5 is the most basic accomodation but has all the necessary amenities.Aircon,fridge,fan and TV and WiFi. there is a resteraunt overlooking Soi Baukao so is on the bht bus route and is in the centre of the entertainment area. An added bonus is the outdoor swimming pool.

I stayed at Sutus for one night. I left my wallet in the room after check out. When i realised that my wallet was not in my bad, i called hotel to ask for my wallet. Luckily, they have my wallet and kept in with them. No money was missing. Thanks to hotel staff .

I CANNOT FAULT THE HOTEL AMENITIES .POOL GOOD. STAFF GOOD. EATING AREA GOOD AND COMFORTABLE BAR AREA FOR DRINKING. HOWEVER SOI LENKEE BEHIND HOTEL VERY NOISY WITH A LOT OF TRAFFIC 24HRS A DAY. ASK FOR ROOM AWAY FROM NOISE.
