Surprisingly quiet”
This place is on top of a restaurant just next to gogo-bars on Walking Street, but still it's very quiet. My only problem is that they allow smoking.

Excellent”
Very friendly staff, as soon as I came in I felt welcomed, kind of that warm fuzzy feeling you get when at home. Jacuzzi heater was on the fritz, but I never got a chance to really use it as I only stayed one night. And the steak I had was absolute perfection, literally nothing like it. The room was immaculate, the people there really know their job and are very good at it. Two thumbs way up!!

Relaxing few days”
Had the top suite. Staff went out of their way to help with luggage, laundry and room service. As I was moving from Thailand to USA I had extra bags. Four staff including maids grabbed bags to help move me into my room on the top floor. The worst part of my stay was waking up one morning at 6 AM to a fight between a guest and his lady. Later as I returned to hotel around noon he was checking out and his lady was fitting him on the hotel steps with a plastic pipe. According to stay he gave the hotel a bad review. They went out of their way to help me and even came over to say hello if they ran across me while out in town. This place is awesome because of the people.

Remarkably quiet”
Sad points: smelled a lot of smoke and the water pressure in the shower was a joke. Maybe that was a good thing, since the building's connection to the power grid was just outside the shower window. But it's in a very good location right next to Walking Street if you like that sort of thing. And it was remarkably quiet, even when the party was in wild swing outside.

Value for money, great staff & restaurant! ”
Good little hotel in a great location, pleasantly decorated rooms with AC, TV, Frdge, in room safe, seperate shower & toilet, plus a decent sized table with chair. No issues with anything, everything worked as it should, but there is no elevator & only stairs to 4 floors. The staff were fantastic, Steve, Pat & Da work hard to run the hotel smoothly. The chef is great & I highly recommend to try the restaurant even if you don't stay at the hotel, prices are reasonable for great food & if you like fish then try the Sea Bass.... It was superb! The hotel is in the back of Walking St & close to GoGo bars & clubs, so expect a little noise during the night but my room at the back wasn't too bad! Overall I had a great stay & will be going back next time in Pattaya! Thanks to all the staff there!

Great room and clean”
This hotel is comfortable and the room we stayed in had an outside area with jacuzzi which was nice. We stayed on the top floor (4), and there is no elevator but we found it well worth the stay and not an issue.

the Hotel is located at good location, with walking street nearby, the hotel doesn't have any lift and it is the only con here, other than that staff very helpful. next time this is my goto location
