This is the best place to stay while in Pattaya!”
This condo is the best deal for your money in Pattaya. I have been in a lot of hotels, and condos , etc. all around Pattaya from walking street to the far north end. this is centrally located and is the most secure setup I have ever run across. The only complaint is checking in is a little more trouble than it should be, but after your checked in your good to go. Security will not let taxi, vans, shuttles or anything in without a swipe card. You have to stand outside and call whoever your booking is with, they will come down and check you in with security, then they escort you into the property to your room. key card only accesses your floor, elevators are key card access only, the security is a little excessive, but better more than less. Next time I come to Pattaya, I'll be booking this place.

Good location close to central festival shopping centre. Lots of restaurants shops and massage near by and very easy to get anywhere in Pattaya from there.

Good and bad, good stuff first location makes it easy for shopping/bars/ beach, pool looks fantastic but in reality there are only 5 sun beds for the whole of the apartment block so you can't sun bath and relax up there. With it being so close to the bars( soi diana , LK metro ) it's very noisy until 2/3 am, and there is a lot of big construction on the door step so you are probably going to be woken 8.00 in the morning, you have to pay for housekeeping 300 bht each time you want clean towels and bed linen and give 24 hours notice , on arrival you have to wait outside at security until someone turns up from letting company, nice enough place but can get better

The Base Condo without a Reception”
Can be noisy due to inconsiderate parents not keeping control of their young kids - sounds along the long corridors. In this context the design is lacking. Request a room towards the beach away from the LK Metro area where the sounds from nightlife continue to 2am possibly 3am as well. If you book online be sure to receive instructions from owner/management company concerned because there is NO reception as such to assist you to obtain access to room etc. Rooms can be small & balconies adequate. I had a good selection of TV channels - only one TV though. Good pools - 2 low level and 1 high level. Also there is a garden roof top area too.

Illegal to stay here for short stay.”
So many reasons Agoda should take this building down from its site. Firstly, it is illegal to stay in this building unless you are a long term resident. There are signs on the wall and I was warned by 2 residents that I may even be arrested by Police for staying there and thrown out of the building. We all know that can cost a lot of money. Secondly, I paid extra for a room with a sea view. You must call 30 minutes before arrival and someone comes to meet you. This is because it’s not a Hotel. I was shown my room and it had no sea view. The girl rang the boss and I argued with her stating it was not a sea view. I think I know the difference. So she put me in another room for the night and said my sea view room would be available tomorrow night for the remaining 2 nights. The manager also said I would get my first night refunded. I moved on day 2 to the sea view room. I had bought some food to cook my breakfasts as there is a full kitchen. But then I was told cooking is not permitted and against the rules. Seems the manager has rules but does not care about the rules of the building. I checked out with the same staff and asked for my nights refund which she knew nothing about. After a call to the manager I was offered 1000 baht. About 1200 baht short of what I was promised. This management is totally deceitful and dishonest. I do not recommend anyone stay here. The pool on the roof of building A is really great. The rooms are so tiny its lucky I was on my own. Better to stay in a Hotel. This is a Condo Building.

Pattaya Office ”
My stay at the base was very enjoyable, the size of the rooms and internet and wifi aval in room was great, The mypattayaproperty people where so helpful and went out of there way to fix the little problem. The Base is great if you need to park your car or bike as 24/7 gated guard entry. This property would be great for a small family or a couples retreat as pools and views are great from every window.

Monopolise par les chinois... Super appart hôtel bien place à 3mins de la plage et proche de toutes commodités, assez calme sauf travaux juste à côté mais vraiment très beaux logements ! Je recommande ! Manque juste un emplacement pour garder les bagages, check in où il faut appeler une personne pour rdv à l'entrée et vous remettre les clés, caution peu honteuse de 1000baths pour le standing y'a rien à dire !

Sehr zentral gelegenes Condo was im Preis-Leistung stimmt. Hatte eine sehr schöne Aussicht in der 26 Etage mit einem tollen Pool auf dem Dach. Es war sehr ruhig und das Bett sehr gut. Negativ fand ich das am Pool zu wenig liegen waren. So in etwa 5 waren dort?! Dann sollte das Condo mal so richtig ordentlich geputzt werden. Es war nicht dreckig, aber mal 20 Minuten mehr investieren und auch die Küchenablage ordentlich putzen, denn da können auch mal Fettreste vom Vorgänger entstehen. Toll wären noch mehr Handtücher, ein funktionierendes WLAN und ein Bügeleisen.
