Very good hotel”
The staff of this hotel is excellent. My mother in law and my sister in law stayed in this hotel during corona crisis for more then one month because my sister in law have therapy for cancer in the hospital. Even the hotel restaurant was closed because they don't have many customers, the staff bring breakfast every morning to them. The room is very clean. The staff is very friendly and take very good care of customers. Now my mother in law and my sister in law have to go back to the hospital and the staff see them. They offered them to come inside the hotel and rest in airconditioned room and offered them a drink. They offered them to come to eat in the restaurant bacause now it's open. The staff know there customers, customers are not a number!

Staff friendly and try’s best . As i speak only little Thai . This has been our third stay and was short . Usually stay longer . Every thing close food 7 eleven and more great coffee shop on site . Suite room one would pay 140 or better so value great even for Thai land . If looking don,t miss it . Canadian with Thai wife .

Just a well run ,super clean, close to everything friendly hotel”
Can,t say much more than WOW staff , breakfeast , clean . Every one trying to due the best so things work out for the traveler . I took the big family room. Had sofa that made to bed with tv . The other room had king bed shower bath room . For not even a quarter of size room in canada . It was around five hundred sq feet . Across from hospital . Super close to everything city offered . At sixty canadain. Don,t miss this one or the city of Roi Et for both are jewels of Thailand .

The visit was great. My flight out of Roi Et was t until late, although I had to book an extra day to stay there until 7:30pm, I wasn’t disappointed in the staff and they made great accommodations for my husband and myself.

The Hotel is very nice in the Center of Roi Et. You also are next the Hospital. The have some parking Place for the car. Breakfast is easy, Rice-soup and also Toost is available.

GOOD HOTEL”
The staff were all friendly & helpful & particularly the young lady on reception who often used her mobile to translate for us. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good, coffee shot attached made a great coffee each morning. I would certainly stay here again if I was in Roi Et.

It’s ok”
Quick check in. No key deposit. Clean rooms. Bed a tad hard. Hot water in shower. Refrigerator in room. Small balcony. Could use a kettle in room. TV has a lot of missing channels. Signal constantly cuts out. No English channels even dual language channel. They should upgrade their package. No sports channels, Right across the street from the hospital. Lots of stores and food nearby. Cannot comment on breakfast as I didn’t eat there yet. Good value for money. Good air con. Passwordless Wi-Fi.

Looks can be deceiving. It’s close to everything you need. It’s pretty clean. However I did see one cockroach. There were tiny ants on counter. The tv kept cutting out. I asked them to fix it. The chambermaid messed it up more and switched rooms. That tv was worse than the other room, It kept losing stations. Then no tv for hours. I called again and the front desk girl came and said she’ll have someone come tomorrow. I told her that I was leaving tomorrow. She said sorry and left. I had no tv all night. Mind you this is during Covid lockdown so I couldn’t go or do anything. The floor flooded during a heavy rain fall. I called front desk and she came and put towels on the floor. I went for breakfast and all there was, was bread to toast. Coffee and tea. There are better places around at a cheaper price.

We have stayed at a lot of resorts in Roi Et and overall this is the best accomodation by far. I would add that if you are in Roi Et or even Yasothon, The Capital offers the best value for money and cleanliness anywhere. The breakfast includes a choice of Thai meals and cereal and toast etc if foreigners don't like any of that. I found it good for my taste. Unusual for us that everything worked in the room including excellent wi-fi connection on the fifth floor. I don't know if irooms have recently been refurbished, but there are also plenty of plug sockets for re-charging. We will only stay here when visiting Roi Et or Yasothon in the future.

Good Value”
We have stayed at the Capital Hotel, Roi Et 3 times and already booked again for June. Every box is ticked for the price. A big bonus is the lack of outside noise. On the main drag going through the city opposite the General Hospital, but you rarely hear any traffic noise. Everything is more than adequate for the price.

Nice Roi Et hotel”
Hotel is relatively centrally located, about 2 km from the nice lake and park in town, the rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet is decent, though mainly geared to Thai tastes. Definitely one of the better Roi Et hotels.
