Recently remodeled outside of hotel. Nice new look and added a lift. Helps with getting your luggage up and people with bad knees like me. Great spot if you looking to party. Literally the middle of the action. Clean hotel with a helpful staff and a reasonable rate. What more could you want?

The staff was extremely helpful at the greenveiw and pleasant to me Pros very close to the walking street action Was responsible for the money Cons mentiance work ongoing noise levels in the day woke me out of my sleep internet not stable all of the time and fone not working incase of emergency like a smoke alarm alert wasnt sure if there was a serious problem or not. The final finish on fitting and fixtures around my room could have been alot better and there was an infestation of ants behind the units that has given me a rash. I can see there is effort going into improve the place and I would give this place another chance in the future for a short stay

Pros: Horel is in the middle of walking street. Easy access to laundry mat, 7 Eleven, bank, & pharmacy. You have easy access to the night live and all walking street has to offer. Cons: The hotel is currently under renovations to include the front desk. The front desk has nothing of decor with wires hanging from ceiling, entrance is not secure, stairway is just blocks. My room was clean and no bugs. But the room was recently renovated and poor craftsmanship showed. It only had one outlet to charge my phone or my laptop. No breakfast nor pool. Contractors renovating the rooms work all hours until one on the morning. Recommended for those who are going to party hard and need quick access to their rooms or to the providers stated above.

stay away from this hotel..much noise .. the staff was not nice..some smells .. when you shower the water does not go down the cloak..will be like basin in the bathroom with dirty smell ... I would never book this hotel again

Extremely close to walking street”
Surprisingly quiet. Very close to walking street. It's stuck amongst the Go-Go bars. If you are driving, is quite challenging. The soi (street) is very narrow. But has plenty of parking.

We like Green View”
We've stayed here many many times over the years and missed it when it closed for renovations then Covid. The owner and staff are great. The design is unusual and may not be to everyone's taste but everything necessary is there and it works. The location is second to none for Walking Street.

The Worst hotel”
I paid room but after checkin I stayed there only one hour. Hotel is very near to walking street only 50 meters. However hotel is very dirty and I couldn’t stay the room even though I paid it already. I booked another hotel and leave immediately. I don’t recommend

Excellent location”
This was my first trip to Pattaya and since my time was limited, I wanted a hotel that was smack dab in the middle of the action and this hotel fit the bill. After getting off the bus from Bangkok, there was a guy asking people if they needed a ride to their hotel. It involved sitting in the back of a modified truck and although it's not the same as being in a stretch limo, it cost only 50 baht ($1.61). Take a look at.a map and look for Walking Street. The hotel is just a minute's walk from Walking Street. It's on Soi 15. The location is unbeatable. Note: there is no elevator so those who have health issues may want to consider another place. Besides the excellent location, the room was big and clean.

Very good location, very near to night time entertainment and bars. Not suitable for family. Do note there is no lift. Not convenient for travelers with heavy luggage. Although there is no breakfast, there are eating place within 100 metres
