Been travelling in Thailand for a month so far and this was the most welcoming place yet. Staff was super friendly and warm, always greeted you with a smile. The room was spotless couldnt fault it at all. I would highly recommend to anyone considering this hotel.

Fabulous ”

The rooms were great and clean but the staff were exceptional, they were the friendliest I think I have come across in many a hotel across South East Asia, next time I'm in Chaweng for a few days I will happily look up the Rooms

Great hotel and friendly staff”

The Rooms are a great place to stay on Chaweng, the hotel is set back off the main strip through Chaweng so there is less noise from the ever busy street. The reception was well run with very friendly staff. The rooms were clean and modern, all you need really and there was WiFi available. If in Chaweng you should consider the rooms as the rates are low and you get alot for your dollar

The Room Chaweng”

The location of the hotel is in the center of Chaweng beach. Even the hotel is not a beach front but the location is in a short walking distance. There are so many restaurants in the area. In the night, there are also many night life places. The transportation is also convenient that the local taxis are around. The facilities and amenities are quite limited due to the cost.

My Qxpress Chaweng”

I think My Q express is a great value, for a brand new Hotel. it's only a few steps from the beach, right beside a 7-11, lots of parking, and quiet. Bit of a view even from the top floors. Didn't have breakfast, but I believe it's simple... just toast and coffee and so on. The Staff are great, and Security seems fine, with Cameras and so on. Didn't use the internet, but they have wireless. Showers a bit small, but clean and work well. Bathrooms again, bit small, but fine. Beds really comfortable.

not that good overall & room had no fridge & if you wanted to bring back some clunge a 500 baht fee was required by reception. From the outside looks good but not so good inside the room. also lights were very dim

good location and clean rooms”

very clean and good value for money. still on the main street of chaveng but in quiet area, 5-10 min walk to all bars and action. had booked one night via agoda but stayed for one more and got cheaper price from receptionist. reception looks like nonsense and not always there is someone, but that wasn't a problem for me.

nice place good location no complaints reasonable price right in the heart of chaweng but still quiet would stay here again if i was on samui lots of good resteraunts bars motorcycle hire beach just 10 mins walk, nice bed, aircon quiet

Spacious room with all the facilities”

This hotel was room only - no communal area or dining area / food provided. The room itself was fantastic - large room, big comfortable bed, air-con was functional and powerful, plenty of storage space including a safe in the cupboard for valuables. The shower was a bit small but it was well-serviced and clean. The lady on reception was friendly. The beach was easy to access by going through other beach-front hotel properties, or walking up to the main entrance 15 mins or so away.

Fantastic Hotel”

We are a couple travellig and are sort of on a budget. this hotel was excellent. very clean. good sized rooms. very close to the beach literally just cross the road and yourr there!! we origanlly booked to stay 3 night bt stayed an extra 3 as was perfect. cant really say any more sheets cleaned daily. everything ou need really.

Great Place to Stay”

We loved it very much, no doubt we will be staying there again on our return. The place was clean and welcoming, staff very friendly and seem happy working there. Our room next to pool was very speacial and easier to access all facilicites in the resort.

Great hotel staff But poor rooms.”

I only stayed for one night so there wasn't much to it But for people that are planning to stay for a Bit longer the noise might Become a proBlem since there is a construction site right next to the hotel.

New hotel close to the beach and main road”

I stayed there from 1st to 4th November but due to the flood was transfered for last night to Samaya Bura its sister hotel on Lamai Beach. Huge plus for managment and staff for taking care of hotel guests while flood. They arranged pick up to safe place and well treated us there.

Good budget option in Chaweng”

All we needed was a place to stay for a night in Chaweng before we left the next day, this place was just what we needed. It is quite basic - although still with air con, sat tv, hot shower, etc. The reception staff were adequate but did not go out of their way to help and there was a security guard there all through the night. If you just want somewhere basic to stay for a good price then this place is an excellent choice. Recommended for budget travellers who want somewhere pre booked before they arrive.

get the old name for the hotel”

We were really happy with his place. It was really clean and a lovey big bedroom, good a/c and fridge in the room, just what we needed after travelling down from Bangkok on the night bus. BUT!! make sure you get the old name for the hotel because it has only recently been changed. No taxi drivers knew where it was and we got dropped off at the wrong place because there is another hotel of the same name, if you get the old name though the drivers immediately know where it is and you wont have a problem. There aren't really any ammenities though, it is just a room and reception

Great Location”

To the Traveller this The Room has a great location 4 minute walk to the Beach.As i was never in the room during the day the construction next door never was a problem.They only cleaned the room every 3rd day but you could get fresh Towers ever day.Some mornings the water runs out so a swim and shower on the Beach all round a nice room and a great price i will be back next year.

Ok as a cheapie”

I had stayed here the year previous, and at that time it was fairly new. New management is there now, and they have cut back on service such as housekeeping. Rooms only cleaed every 3 days, struggled to get new towels, and fridge did not work. In saying this, the staff did try very hard to help me, changed the fridge over, and cleaned a little bit more. No dining facilities there, but plenty around the area. Not central to Chaweng, but location suited my purpose.

I will go again next time ”

We love this room and this hotel we staied...It's bright new and very clean in the room, and the location just in the Chaweng center it's very convience to walk to get anythings we want there. And if want to go bar or shopping inside the Chaweng just take taxi(just out of the street) B20~B30 arrive there .

We checked in on our 1st day in Samui, and was pleasantly surprised to find the rooms new and clean. Great for a night's stay, but other facilites lacking, and the whole place seems to be somewhat deserted. Plus, the staff not always around when needed. It's a bit far from the action in Chaweng, but if you have a bike, not a problem.
