Very disappointing ”

Although the view on the sea is perfect, the size of the apartment is good as well, we had no internet for 3 days. Unfortunately my job does not allow me to be away from a good wifi system for so long and this is always the first thing that I Ensure is available. It was advertised "Wifi in all rooms" but we had no wifi working out of the 3 days. Apart from the young lady at the desk the service was poor. The breakfast was horrific and, passed 5pm, no service at all, no bar, no restaurant so we had to take the car and drive every night, for about 20 Minutes, before to find areas with restaurant. It also mentions "Parking" which is in fact a small area in the jungle.... For half the price it would have been ok.

Should not be rated as a 5-Star Hotel”

Our stay was horrible. When we arrived at 19:30 the reception was already closed. The security asked us: "What do you want here?" After 30 minutes an employee from the reception arrived by motorcycle. The whole resort seemed to be under construction and disordered. The restaurant and reception closed around 17:00 every day. There was no room service, no bell service and no telephone at all in the room. The rooms equal a 3-star standard, simple and clean. The service was very poor. All in all a bad value and totally overpriced in comparison to other hotels on Koh Chang.

No service ”

We arrived there late evening and there was only one security guard until a receptionist was called. There is no room service and breakfast is disappointing. The building is still under construction. You may want to go another hotel if you want to have a full holiday.

Comfortable stay,beautiful loction,poor facilities”

Wonderful location and a huge property but not maintained very well. The beach was not clean on the day we arrived. we could not enter the beach as it was dirty, they cleaned the beach on the last day when we were leaving. in the evenings, the pool and garden area lights dont get switched on timely. There was no massage facility available. The hotel restaurant is open only during the day. There is fisherman's village nearby which is a good place to have food and do some shopping. The location is very far away from the pier, we took our car and after reaching the island, it was a 40 minute drive. rooms are spacious and clean. overall not worth the price !

A hotel with possibilities”

We were a big group of 9 people, adults and children. The apartment was great, but unfortunately the dish washer did not work during the week. Even if they said that they would fix it they did not. The pool area was very nice but unfortunately the water ruined all our swim suits (9 people) due to too much chlorine. The beach was nice but dirty and unfortunately the water was not swimmable according to management.

Room is OK but facilities and services need significant improvement. - Hotel is half way done without elevator - parking lot is just a dirt place - Wi-Fi, yes, there is but not working well. I used phone 3G all the time - No one is on standby outside working hours - spent a long time to find some help to check out

Rooms are big with a great balcony and a nice view of the ocean and have fully stocked kitchen

Beautiful location to stay away from crowded world”

It was excellent. Because of its isolation and limited access to restaurant you should have an alternative arrangement to move around. Almost nobody will be there from hotel authority at the location after sunset.

Everthing was good gort room condition and staff kindness.. but looks not completed yet. No restsaurant and no staff there in swimming pool. I should do it by myself

Beautiful rooms by the beach”

We enjoyed our stay. Our 2 bedroom duplex was beautiful, had everything we needed and lovely towels and bedding. You could cook all your meals as no proper restaurant yet. The pool was nice and the location. It could be a 5 star once it's finished but isn't yet. The duplex was perfect for our family though and we would go back if we could get another discounted price. Not sure I would pay the full price to stay here though.

A Nice hotel but not quite finished ”

Our stay at the hotel was ok, the room was great and the staff were helpful, the only real problem was there is no restaurant and although the staff did all they could to help it is not the best and they should really sort that out as quickly as they can or at least advise people prior to their arrival so people are prepared. For the level of hotel I did expect better.

Personnel d'accueil tres bien, confort rien à dire mais pas de restaurant, sauf pour le petit déjeuné ou nous étions seuls avec une pauvre dame ne parlant pas anglais(avec une carte seulement en anglais !) les bâtiments sont à moité fini, on passe par un chantier pour descendre à la piscine ...

C est a la base une residence et non un hotel. Donc les chambres une piece sont fournis avec cuisine equipee et lave linge. Le matelas n'est pas a la hauteur d'un 5 etoiles. La plage est vide. Il n y a pas de transat. Pas de kayak ou autre a disposition des clients. Pour se baigner il faut aller au bout de la jetee puisque en partant de la plage pour se baigner, le sol est reccouvert de coquillage ou rocher coupant. Si vous recherchez la tranquilitee c'est un tres bon endroit. Nous n'avons pas teste le restaurant car il etait constamment vide et il ferme a 17h. Mis a part la chambre elle meme , ce n'est pas un 5 etoiles mais le rapport qualite-prix est bon.

Top Hotel nur etwas ab vom Schuss ”

Das Tranquility bay ist ein Hotel im südlichen Teil der Isel. Dort ist es wunderschön und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick von allen Zimmern, soweit ich das beurteilen kann. Als Nachteil würde ich es jedoch sehen, dass es eines der 3 letzten Resorts am Ende der Straße ist und diese dann im Dschungel endet. Man muss also um an die schönen Strände white Sand Beach und lonley Beach zu kommen immer eine Größere Tour in Kauf nehmen.Die Strecken im Süden sind mit dem Moped oder dem Auto nicht für Anfänger geeignet, da die Dielen Berge und Kurven so ihre Tücken haben. Das Hotel befindet sich teilweise noch im Bau, wir hörten allerdings nie Arbeitslärm.
