Good room, super clean, nice team. No restaurant on site but they got snack and possibilities to order delivery from pizza shop in town. It is away from town but as I arrive late afternoon and was going early morning at the Laos border, the hotel fit my needs. Comfortable bed, very clean room, quiet. Will be back

Great accommodation, better if you have transportation ”

They hotel was better than expected! Staff was great and free breakfast was toast and some Thai breakfast soup. Very good! The location was a little out of the way (definitely no tuk tuks in sight) BUT the staff did call taxis for us when needed, and we took tuk tuks back to the hotel from town for 200 baht. Not bad!

Is Ok for a night stay while passing through ...”

This is a family-run hotel and checking in was simple which required a 100 THB deposit for the key card. The room shown in the picture looks new and bright but in actuality, it was half bright and looked somewhat tired. The bed lamps in the picture were absent and hence making the room half-bright or some may refer to as dark. Water pressure is good and hot water is constant for a freezing temperature of December. It is a non-smoking room but ashtray can be found on the balcony attached to the room. I am a non-smoker and fortunately, there isn't any cigarette smell in the room. Breakfast was simple with self-help coffee, toasts, meatball rice soup and Vietnamese rice noodles just to keep your hunger away and not meant for a sumptuous meal. Overall, the price for a night stay is around 500 THB which somewhat makes it attractive even though it is out of nowhere and every choice of destination outside the hotel would require a taxi.

A bit out of the middle of the city and away from the river but it is a nice place to stay if you have a car/truck. Breakfast was soft rice and toast along with coffee. Good value for the price.

Relaxing & Great for Thai / Laos Border”

My stay was surprisingly good! Surprising because the location is absolutely superb if you wish to cross into Laos from Thailand. After arriving by Mini bus from Udon Ratachani I was dropped directly to the Villa Thiwa Hotel. It was late at night, so I was very happy that the Owner was very pleasant & helpful. The Hotel is set in countryside & a great view in the early morning across the Thai countryside. The Room is well thought out & has everything you need. Check out in the morning was very quick & the Co-Owner arranged a meter-taxi which arrived very quickly to take me to the Thai border. Very enjoyable, I wills stay again.
