The place is easy to find. When we arrived, the staff was helpful and had a great service mind. The room is nice and neat. Bathtub is clean. Breakfast was really good. Try their Crème Brûlée, it's really good. I enjoyed my stay and it's perfect for me.

Will be back”
We just wanted a place to stay halfway between Chiangmai and BANGKOK. So we found this place. It was a gem. The people are very friendly and very helpful. The room was wonderful and The bath tub had a great view of the lake. Also, we were very surprised by how good the food at the restaurant was. Absolutely perfect. We will be back.

Short drop by the way to Northern part of Thailand. The hotel was really draw my attention from the view at the balcony. It was pretty relax sitting outside with the river view. The weather at the time was also very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked the room without breakfast but we can order food delivery since very early in the morning. Our kid enjoy bathtub in the room very much. The bed and pillow were very soft and comfort. It gave us a good break though.

Nice and cosy”
We had a good times staying here. Despite some emergency issues around, staff were very helpful and try their best to help fixing the situation. The place is quiet/clean and comfy. The breakfast selections is good but they should have more choices for a vegan as well (Cereal, Oat milk. Soy milk etc.)

A bit disappointed”
Very friendly staff and check in; beautiful location overlooking river; room spacious with high ceilings, some things needing repair (e.g., towel holders, holder for shower attachment). The TV had no English channels (at least that we could find);. Check-in was very friendly, but the staff forgot to tell us the wifi password, so we had to return to the front desk to request it. One of the two complimentary bottles of water in the ref was empty. Overall, the room was nice, with high ceilings and the bed was comfortable. But, the arrangement of the shower and toilet, with a shared sliding door seemed rather weird. By far the best part of the place was the fabulous view out over the Ping River. Although the restaurant was closed, they told us we could order breakfast for two for a "special price" of 390 baht, which we did. But, it was quite disappointing as the eggs were fried in odd-tasting margarine, the sausages were cheap chicken franks, the toast was also spread with margarine rather than butte, etc. Overall, the place was quite OK, but we felt it was really in need of some loving maintenance and upgrading, and improved breakfast. Currently, it seems quite overpriced for what you get.

Picture shows a roll top bath in tge bedroom giving the impression it is usable but it is there for show. Very disappointed 😞

Due to customer reservations the booking date and the date of stay are different bookings. You booked to stay on January 1, 2023, but did not stay on the booking date and on the day we have a room according to the room type that you booked, there is a bathtub that can be used normally. You contact to stay on January 31, 2023, so the accommodation does not have a room according to the reservation booked on January 1, 2023. The date of your stay is 31 Jan. 23, where the empty room is a room with a show tub. Which the staff has informed in advance before staying Best regrads and hope to take care of you in the future. A surprise in rural Thailand ”
I picked this hotel as a stop over on the drive from Bangkok to Chaing Mai The hotel was in a Boutique style with ' romantic' accent. Places on the floor need a lick of paint and the TV is not watchable from the bed. However excellent comfortable bed, the pillows were good as well. Shower was an electric one but worked fine. Good size room The staff English was not great but they were very helpful. They recommended a German / Thai restaurant - Oasis-about 11 min out of town but well worth visit for decent home cooked food

Terrible service”
This hotel did not keep a record of our Agoda booking they was confirmed Alan made days in advance. They were full when we arrived after traveling all day. They turned us away with a lame “we don’t have good staff” as an excuse.

OK For One night”
We stopped over for one night on our journey north. The hotel is quiet. The room is white but in need of some care, attention and deep cleaning/ painting I would not want to stay more than one night. I suspect that visitors are down due to Covid and so revenue low so perhaps little to spend on maintenance. Breakfast was ok- not quite as advertised picture but edible and sustaining for the morning. Staff very helpful and friendly We will give it another try when we return perhaps next year- the town is a good stopover if on way by road to Chiang Mai. It was easy to locate using GPS

Worst Customer Service.”
We have experienced poor and very rude customer service from the lady at the reception (asst. manager). It was unacceptable. Highly not recommended to stay, go somewhere else with higher customer service standards.
