Vị trí khách sạn đi lại không thuận tiện lắm”
Nếu chọn lại chắc mình không chọn khách sạn này do đi lại khá là bất tiện, mặc dù quanh khách sạn cũng dễ dàng thấy các quán massage thái, quán ăn, cửa hàng family market nhưng nếu muốn bắt xe đi chơi thì vẫn phải đi bộ một quãng mấy trăm mét mới thấy. Ngoài điểm trừ đó ra thì khách sạn rộng rãi, yên tĩnh, phòng sạch sẽ, bể bơi đẹp tuyệt vời. Nhân viên cũng rất thân thiện, trừ khoản tư vấn đi lại hơi chán vì thật ra chỉ có 1 lựa chọn là taxi đi dài đi ngắn gì cũng 200bath. Nên mình tự túc ra thuê xe ôm hoặc bus cho nhanh.

Staffs are very friendly. Excellent breakfast, many choices of foods. Swimming pool is very big, with Beach chairs. Can bring food and drink from outside to eat in hotel area too.

Good hotel but check in must be at 3pm !!!!”
The staff is just 2-3 ppl. Bring our own luggage. Everyone muast check in at 3pm. Why??? Which hotel would do that??????

It's not bad at all however, the place is not really nice and clean. Probably the hotel has been running the business for too long time and hasn't got the renovation yet. so it's quite old and not good .. Breakfast place is mess but the good is good taste

We stay there only a night, it was good and convenience with 7-11 retail shop just opposite a hotel. And BIGC Shopping Mall about 7-800 meters far away , 8 minutes walk. Mostly Chinese and Indian tourists are stay here though.

Pool Access Room”
In Central Pattaya hard to get a pool access hotel, this is one of it. We enjoyed the room and pool but the pool maybe need to upkeep as looks a bit dirty and a lot of sand at the bottom of pool. Breakfast was normal not much of choices

Hotel just ok with location and room size.”
Only some guests was annoying and staff couldn't help much to manage the guests. (such as wearing slipper and washing their slipper/shoes in Swimming pool where other and our kid were swimming. Also the hotel still on renovating progress so some area wasn't properly function.

The room overall was clean, however, there were bad smell coming out from the drain pipe after shower, and the bathroom door were a bit broken. Problem with lights in the morning, there were a tall glass on wall in room that doesn't have curtain covering, and the curtain handle with the balcony door were broken, the curtain can't close well. Lights coming in front outside when it gets the morning. For a 4 stars hotel, I don't think its overall facilities deserved the stars.

Old room and not so clean. There was a big cockroach in my room. No Internet and TV signal. Only swimming pool is big but not so clean.

It’s just a so-so resort.”
The whole facilities is good but the receptionists and staffs are not so warm and accommodating. They don’t give importance to the requests of the guests. The aisle is so slippery and the curtains are so dirty (a lot of stains). So disappointing!

great location nice pool but under refurblished ”
staff is little bit clumsy, new staff and children not profession you need to pay 1000 baht for deposit damage or minibar but in room only provide 2 bottles of water no need to collect and waste time a lot when check out due to need to check document and room which empty.
