Great location, poor service”
This place is just a few metres from the beach. The gardens are landscaped well, but the service is lacking. Maybe because of language but more likely the style of the place. Staff seems unhelpful and aloof compared to other places we stayed in Myanmar. The one star on facilities was for the air conditioning, which was regulated to 1-3pm and 6pm-6am. This meant that you got ready for dinner in the evening in a sweltering room and woke early as the room was too hot. Breakfast was also fairly poor with the same limited choices each day. Sun loungers on the roof were also pointless as no sun umbrellas.

Not a value for money option”
Pros: Spacious room.Clean toilet. Motel is not facing the beach front but it is a short distance(about 3mins) walk. Airport shuttle is provided. Cons: Air-conditioning is only switched on between 1-3pm and 6pm-6am. Since we visited Ngapali in April, it is very hot. No fan in the room. Motel provides only two small bottles of water per room. No complimentary coffee or tea. Neutral: cleanliness is adequate. Curtains and chairs seemed dated. Breakfast is ordinary.

Cons: 1) dirty 2) poor service 3) aircon schedule (virtually unavailable)!!! 4) poor breakfast 5) useless reception. Pros: location - 2nd line - 1min walk to beach. Summary: avoid it! better find another place on the same beach with aircon for less money.

Friendly staff, really good place, big room”
We stayed there for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. The room is really big and you have more than enough space for your staff. Cozy balcony with view to the beach and sea. They cleaned our room everyday. Rooftop terrace with good breakfast. Staff very friendly and always intent to help. Location good very good restaurants and beaches within a 20 min walk or 5 min taxi drive.

Le - : pas de location de scooter à l'hôtel ni de vélo, pas de conseils ni services en ce qui concerne les activités à faire à ngapali. Personnel trop discret, communication difficile et non voulue par le personnel
