The thing I love the place, just a walk away from this hotel, there are many good restaurants , fastfoods and convenient stores you can buy. This is the same set-up as Victoria Court has always had and I have never had any issues with the service and or facilities for my stays. Food, service, staff, cleanliness and amenities are far above other competing places. I will say that the only issue I had during this stay was the WI-FI signal, it was up and down quite a bit, but staff acknowledged the issue and they were working to correct it. I will definitely stay here again

Very nice rooms, good prices, can scale to what you want. Have stayed there before when the old ownership had it, and nothing seems to have changed, they are continuing to maintain as before. Convenient to stores in Baclaran, 7-11, McDonald's, Kenny Rodgers all in easy walking distance.

The ambiance was really fit for relaxation. I love the breakfast! Pancakes with bacon is a must try plus the hot choco. Staffs were accommodating and courteous. The room itself is neat and the lighting is just right for comfort. 😍 They may also try to add a room freshener (the spray one) for a more feel of home. But all in all, it is a place I would like to go back to. 😍 Thank you! 😊

The room was clean, with cable TV, air-conditioning and hot shower. It felt very private and quiet too. The bed that they provided us was also large enough to fit 2 people comfortably. The staff were all friendly although it took some time for them to open our rooms when we come back for the night (they do not provide you with the room key.

Hotel Ava until 1 June was the Victoria Court Cuneta. The change has had no effect. The management and staff are the same. The only changes is the branding/signage changes. As such, the hotel staff continue to be responsive and provide outstanding service!
