Modern, spacious appartment at good location”
We are well known in KL and stayed 3 nights in Victoria Home EST. Plus: - easy access - new and modern spacious apartment with small kitchen - good bed in the loft - location walking distance to LRT Bangsar and Brickfields (little India), close to Mid Valley and Bangsar shopping, bars and restaurants. Easy to book Grabcar and within 10 min you are in lively Bangsar Minus: - quite noisy due to traffic, also at night when the trains at Mid Valley blasts their horn at night and woke me up. Take ear plugs. Surprisingly no double glass in this modern building - no internet installed. Had to hotspot on my mobile. After complaint I received a partial refund.

We stayed here for 2 days. It was a family trip aimed at relaxation and food. Very neatly maintained property & check-in was no hassle. We stayed the mid floor room that already has great view of Bangsar Village. Bangsar LRT 3mins walk. Awesome food around the hotel!!! Will have to mention that Winston and his team were exceptional Am sure I will return in my next visit to Victoria home again. Three cheers to the entire

Best place to stay ... price very good center of kl and near lrt bangsar .. service Mr CY is awsome very helpfull i alway love to stay their very quite n very safe check in procedure so easy stay n enjoy love this place .... suggest any one come to KL stay victoria EST Alila bangsar .. level 9 swiming pool n gym ... 1 car park is free ... fast replay if facing any problem regarding your stay ... Come with your family or loved one or for stay honeymoon .... no need ur car lrt front of ur hotel stay can connected whole KL .... Wifi is good n fast ... Easy n very convinient place to stay....

Totally felt like home away from home!”
Although there was some delay and confusion during check-in (because it’s our first time renting in apartment), our stay turned out to be just great! The room looks just like in the pictures. It’s clean, full of facilities, spacious, has awesome city views, and also fast respond from the staff. However, no daily cleaning is provided. All in all, definitely looking forward to stay again with Victoria Home!

Great overall”
Love the place. It’s a loft so bear in mind that there’ll be stairs up to the bed. Stairs are a little steep but it’s a loft! Also there is no toothpaste for the place so bring yours. Otherwise all great!! Nice facilities. Love the sauna. Location is central and strategic. Easy car rides to mid valley. Check in was smooth. Car park was possible. Rooftop bar is there. I stayed on 12th floor so the view is nice too. Definitely will come back if returning to KL.

Exceptional”
We rented a 2 bed room loft apartment for 3 nights. The room is simple, clean, warm and cozy. On the 1st floor a connected link bridge to bangsar LRT station which is very convenient. A free parking space is also provided. There is also gym & swimming pool at the 9th floor. No convinent shop around the area. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Value for Money, but take note the Service Quality”
Value for money, and just right next to LRT station and 5 minutes drive to Mid Valley. Unpleasant experience with one of a replacement staff during check in. The service by the permanent staff is fine and acceptable.

Great value for money, very comfortable bed, and great location especially to kl sentral and mid valley. The unit is nice mad cozy, it has everything you need. The host CY is especially friendly and is there to assist whenever you need. ☺️

got extra bed for child with blanket. all item are new. clean. aircond take some time to coll the entire room cause only 1 aircond available. but it's freezing in the morning. nice view. complete everything as at your home. but its better if u provide slipper to use in the room as no carpet at the floor. will come again. :)

Cleaning issue”
This apartment location is good, is closed to town and mid valley mall, this is second time I stay. I have some disappointed because the house have a lot smoking smell, management not really cleaner the smell. Other thing is ok. Management is very helpful.

Everything is good about this place, its convenient because it located just right beside LRT bangsar. The place is awesomely big just need a bit improvement on its cleanliness, all in all its great!!! The person in charge is very responsive and super helpful!!

Value for Money”
Love everything about the apartment. It really feels like home. Complete amenities. The only downfall is there was a noisy contruction work going on in the morning and interrupted our sleep. Everything else are perfect. Check in and check out was easy. Winston is really helpful and responsive. Would definitely come back next time.

Good value for money close to KL Sentral”
I had a great stay in the studio in The Establishment (EST). The location is really good. There is an MRT station in front of the building and you can walk to KL Sentral in 10 minutes. The host Winston is very supportive and responsive. Check-in was easy. Maybe the studio needs a little bit more decoration and a safety box would also be a big plus.

Victoria - Hygiene”
EST facilities in general are okay. Only thing we noticed was there was no bidet in the toilets of each room and we saw some pests. Other than that, it was okay.
