Great location”
First time stayed in Victoria Home Robertson, a very pleasant stay indeed. It's located strategically among the hottest tourists' spots. Just 10mins walk to Jalan Alor for best Malaysian food and also within walking distance to the Chinatown. Besides the great location, it's also value for money. During our stay, we booked this 2 bedroom suites, it's spacious. The interior deco is also well-designed and my wife just love the decoration there. All in all I'm very satisfied during my stay in Victoria Home Robertson. I also recommended my friends to stay there whenever they travel to Kuala Lumpur in future.

A place to return to in KL!”
My husband and I can’t sing enough praises about Victoria Home Robertson: it’s spacious, cozy, clean; a washer-cum-dryer that takes just an hour and jeans and all are clean & dry. Detergent was provided. Staff were friendly, helpful and communication was excellent from start to end. There’s also a 24/7 nasi kandar where one could get roti, dosas too. As well there is a little supermart with fresh fruits, juices & pizzas, burgers, also salads and quinoa !?! a 7/11, a ”warung ”with mee rebus & ayam berampah plus a cafe with lattes & eggs Benedict, etc... Basically it’s like a Benetton Ad of food options right along Jalan Robertson. Past the eateries across Jalan Pudu and onto Jalan Pavilion and Jalan Alor where lots more eateries await the gourmand. Beyond this is Lot 10, Fahrenheit and Pavilion for shopping! Walk distance: 10-12mins. No more worries about Grab surge pricing and traffic gridlocks! Chinatown is a similar distance away too! So: we were close but far from madding crowds!

Great apartment”
We stayed at Victoria Home Robertson in KL for a few days and overall recommend the place because of its good location and big size apartment. Good things about Victoria Home Robertson: - The apartment is big, has a kitchen, washing machine, closet bathroom (hidden) with overhead shower - big windows in living room and bed room - grocery store and multiple cafes, food places and restaurants downstairs (not on the property but just outside) - top location only 10-15 minutes to Chinatown when walking as well as a big bus terminal which also has a cheap transfer to the international airport (KUL) Main downsides: - The locking system of the door (which sounds a bit silly but is actually a bit confusing and didn't always work immediately). You also need to use key card to enter a leave the property, not just the tower or elevator. - The swimming pool is always cold because of the position between the towers, which means there's too much shade for the pool to reach a comfy temperature.

Victoria home Rebertson one of the best place I have ever stayed before in Bukit Bintang area. Everything is perfect. It’s Nice and comfortable Place for stay. Staff Is very friendly and professional. Shopping malls, Restaurants, Convenient Stores all are surrounding This place And Church also, if you looking to Visit KL Malaysia Either Solo or with ur Friends and family I will suggest you Victoria Home ( Robertson) is the best choice for stay, Hope to see u again Victoria Home.

A fabulous spacious apartment”
This apartment was every bit as good as the photos showed. The place was spotless and very roomy. It would be great to stay here for a few days. The only drawback is that the security guys are a bit heavy handed and the Victorian Home Robertson reception staff are only there for a limited time. My television wasn't working but no one could help. The wi fi address was wrong, bit in the end i got it working and didn't worry about the T.V. Chinatown is an easy walk and the Central Market isn't too far away.

Excellent stay! Minor details need ironing out”
We had a wonderful stay at Victoria Home Robertson. Excellent facilities esp the swimming pool which is Olympic size, location is ok and good security too. However, we had initial trouble watching the tv and connecting to wifi. Would be nice if some basic instructions were printed and placed in the apartment for guests' convenience.

Great place to stay if you’re planning to tour around KL. The location is super convenient.. Great place at a great promotion price.. Room was very spacious, clean & affordable.. Overall is a good stay & everything is Superb.. The New Management Team (Victoria Robertson) was very ~ friendly, helpful & Good Service.. Led by Mr: Afiq (Manager) Excellent for his Professionalism work.. Defiantly will come back again next time.. Highly Recommended.👍

Pros :A very nice and cleanbhomestay. You will feel like you stay at your own house. Located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur. You can get grab easily at this place. Nice Place”
The condo was spacious, clean, and located only 5 min walk from LRT. Concerns that should be addressed: We arrived very late (3AM) due to flight problems. Victoria office was closed and there was no information available on how to get keys, how to operate door lock, door lock combination. Fortunately Kisha from Show Homes (next door to Victoria) was very kind to time from his duties to help us. After multiple phone calls to Victoria mgr we got into condo at 5AM. Also, spin-cycle on washing machine is not working. The girl working at Victoria told us that Victoria commun9cates through WhatsApp. Not everyone has the app or indeed ready access to internet. Knowing all of this we would stay here again.

Value for money!”
This unit is located in The Robertson residence Bukit Bintang which is very accessible to many tourists spot. I spent a night here with RM105 which is really worth it. I was surprised that the unit is quit big and very clean. There are 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 single bed which actually can fit so many people but there were just 2 of us that night. Living room come with the build-in kitchen and also smart TV with Netflix. The facilities are nice. There are swimming pool, rooftop pool, gym, theater, play room, mini golf court, etc. Totally recommend!

Great place. Clean. Spacious. And I was given a unit facing the KL tower. The view is awesome. The only downside is the smell of the house, it has a smell that can't get rid of. Hope the management can fix the issues asap. Will return to Victoria home again.

Great condo ”
We stayed in the 2 bedrooms and 2 washroom suite. It was fabulous! Lots of space to stretch out. The Robertson is very secure you cannot go anywhere without the access card. We had to show our passport to security to enter the building when we checked in. We checked in with a real people instead of going to the locker and getting your key to get into your unit. They were very courteous and accommodating. We checked out earlier morning next day. They came by the night before for the inspection and returned our deposit. The condo has lots of facilities we used the pool the most. The condo does seem to be rented out to many tourists but somehow is able to keep the common area in great shape. We stayed 6 nights. Would be nice to have housekeeping come in once to just remove trash and sweep. No broom found in unit. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and families. And would stay again at the Robertson.

Our stay at the Robertson was fantastic. Great location and good facilities. The only improvements I would suggest is to introduce microwaves into the apartments and our bedroom didn't have much furniture, a bedside table would have been very useful. But other than those two things, the apartments are fantastic

Everything was so nice”
I have stay for 4 days 3 night at here. The host is really helpful when I ask everything about the home. What do you want? Everything complete. The pool was so nice, I had a very good time at pool with my family. Is it fine to wear something loose, no need to wear spandex. The house also great, everything was so perfect. Easy to cook since I brought Even I check in after 6 p.m., the self check in is very easy. Thank you sir Alex for helping me. Since I coming with two car, there is only one free car park. One more need to pay but it really secure and affordable price in KL. The house with KLCC view was really nice. Hope to come again next time.

Superb stay”
Will definately come back if have any occasion in KL . With that price , i couldnt ask more . Cozy stay . Fully equip . Residence facilities couldnt ask more ! Not much people there . So obviously very relaxing . Security the best . Mind you , please wear proper swim wear . No cotton , no compression , no short . Room might want to put freshener as a bit smelly especially in toilet . Easy to get grab . Victoria host attending guest so good . Very fast respond . Check in n check out so easy . Oh yah , need rm300 for security depo . Overall , the best staycation in KL .
