Well equipped, comfortable and clean apartment. Suitable for big family or group, consisting of 9 adults. Sufficient quality towels are provided by the host. Parking space is allocated for this unit, within a covered storey within the same building - convenient elevators connect direct to the unit’s floor. Self check-in and check-out procedures - easy. No need to arrange an appointment or wait for the host. Congratulations for the host. We arrived at 1 AM the following day - no need to burden anyone. A washer & dryer is also provided, bring your own washing powder / liquid for front loading machine (with less suds). Lots of things to do at this place - pool, sauna, games room, covered playground, BBQ place - to name a few.

Good value for money”
The check in process was smooth because it was self check in , we just need to follow the instruction given via WhatsApp. The location was great , easy access to shops, fastfood and restaurant. The unit was superb with 3 bedroom and wifi . it can fit more than 9 persons because they provide mattress also. i love all about this homestay accept the tv and pool . we dont know how to watch the tv , and the pool was closed . thankfully , the kids pool was available . one more thing , they did not provide the access key to carpark. the security guard was a little fussy and need some explanation to do before they let us in . other than that, we really enjoy our stay here. thanks !

Booked 3 Bedrooms Superior Suites that sleeps 9 adults but was given 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6 adults”
After 3 hour of driving, we arrived at 8 PM, after self check-in and faulty digital lock system, we were alarmed by the smell of smoke inside the property. We booked a non-smoking property. We requested for a change of property and we were informed that we will be transferred to another property/building called Arte+ which is not our preferred area of stay. We immediately declined and with the help of Agoda, the host agree to a settlement though we have to stay at the same property because there was no other vacant property managed by Victoria within the same building. Tired, I went to sleep. At 2 AM I was awake and went to check on my children and were shocked to see that some were sleeping on thin mattresses on the floor. Only then I realised that we were not given the room that we booked. We booked a property which supposed to sleep 9 adults comfortably but Victoria gave us a property that only sleeps 6 adults. Thank you Agoda for helping with fair settlement.

I was informed via WhatsApp that the unit will be ready to check-in by 3 pm. I arrived at 3.05 pm and asking the staff for a key unit to check-in. Unfortunately, the unit is not ready yet and the cleaner is still doing the cleaning process. I was asked to wait another 10 mins but end up to be almost an hour. I have no choice to wait inside the car as we have no place to go to. I only manage to check- in almost at 4 pm. The house is clean but there's a stain on the sofa, the drawer inside the master bedroom is broken, Air-cond is not functioning in the 2nd bed-room and left my children uncomfortable till morning, only one battery left for tv's remote control. the swimming pool is in renovation progress and we are not been informed about that too.....

Though the signage of No Smoking is visible inside the property, the smell of smoke greeted us when we stepped in. Cleaning need improvements. Hairs, worn tissue were still on the floor. The sofa and carpet were dirty. Thankfully the beds were comfy and clean. We were placed on smaller property since the property we booked were unavailable (how come?). Thank you Agoda for assisting a fair settlement for us.

Disappointed for delayed check in.. We waited in the car from 3.20pm until 4.10pm just can check in. TV box appears expiry date, cannot watch TV, already informed them via WhatsApp but no action taken from them. Really disappointed.
