I would 100% recommend to stay with Victoria Home Verve Suites especially for those who wish to look for places near town area in KL. it’s few mins away to Midvalley, nearest mall you could reach. The room and the place are as clean and presentable as the picture shown. I definitely gonna stay here again in the future.

Cosy in a good location.”
The apartment is cosy and ideal for 4. It was neat & tidy upon arrival. Pool was fantastic but a little cold so make sure you take a dip after the sun has hit it! Service by VictoriaHome was great however, the guards at the building were a bit rude & unhelpful and there was quite a few cleaning staff loitering around the pool and playground area when they are supposed to be working. Hopefully the building manager will deal with these issues. The main road in front of the apartment is very busy so quite noisy all day but it’s a small sacrifice for being in a great location. Overall we had a good stay and We will definitely book a Victoria Home property again.

The staff Winston is very helpful during the stay. COMMUNICATE through phone only. All you need is always contact the staff through whats-app, ask if anything u don't understand regarding about parking and deposit as well. BE PATIENT, check through your email about all the information before the check-in process to make it easy for you . The place is super safe with security and good cleanliness and the pool is amazing! Thank you Winston & Victoria homes :)

Overall the place is good, except that we encountered several problems with the lift access, and the door access to one of the units. The unit is clean, well-maintained and convenient. Worth the price. If you are travelling in group, I would suggest this place. Also, be prepared for the strict security procedures starting from the security guard and the entire suite policy. You need to be more smarter during the check in process because it's a bit complicated.

The unit of two bedroom suite was sparkling clean, the mattresses were comfortable and all facilities were still new and in top notch condition. However, the cloud tv kept buffering and the washing machine wasnt filling up water to the appropriate level hence the clothes were not well washed. Had a good swim at the swimming pool and overall, the staff (Mr Winston) was responsive and helpful. It was a good stay! :)

The suites is at great location and only 5mins drive to Midvalley mega mall. Check-in & check-out was smooth. There are 2 parking lots provided. You may request for visitor parking from guard if needed.

It was my business trip and first time to stay in this apartment. Compared with other big hotels, this is far the best stay i ever had, which I feel very good enough for me. The room basically has no flaw for me. The room is spacious, beautiful interior design, the bathroom is perfect. The room facility is almost complete. Hairdryer, fridge, iron and laundry is also available. Highly recommended.

Suitable for Family and Group”
Value for money for the price that I am paying. Superbly spacious. Common space is very big compared to the many Air BnB locations that I have been to that accomodates to 6 pax and above. Many chairs was provided so family/friends does not have to seat on the floor. Lots of card games was also provide so that everyone can play games together (they have mahjong card game!!) There is a dining table that can seat up to 4 pax (with lots of space to put food and drinks on the table) and a coffee table (where you can put snacks or your card games). They have an stove and oven as well that is functional! Lots of cooking utensils and dining utensils was provided. What I love about the space is that every cupboard is labelled so it is easy to look for the things that you need (example, blankets, pillows, cups, plates, cooking pot). Master bedroom and master bedroom's bathroom is lovely! Will come back again :) if not for the horrible jam that I have to endure (Friday night).

The house is cosy, spacious and very clean. All bedrooms and living room is equip with aircond which is comfortable for all us. All beds are very comfortable with the comforter set. It is a very pleasant experience staying here and we definitely will come again in next visit.

Check-in procedure is a little bit confused because need to collect the house key from 7-Eleven instead of go directly to the house unit. Overall very nice and cozy, except the insufficient supply of complimentary coffee and tea sachet. If providing room slipper would be great and exactly like a hotel feel.
