lovely studio and nice staff”
we had a lovely stay in Kuala Lumpur thanks to Victoria Home Vida. The staff is super nice and helpful. They found us a solution to store our luggage until our late flight as the building has no reception able to keep your personal belongings. the studio is very clean and well decorated. The bathroom is huge and very pleasant. The location is very good as you are in the middle of an animated neighbourhood with many bars, restaurants, stalls. You are close to China town, Little India and direct for the Petronas towers. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is very nice. Very clean and with a very nice minimalist design. Lots of square footage for a very reasonable price. Whatever you think you need for your stay, you need not worry because the owner provides them all. Lots of restos, family marts, and food street in the area. The owner was very nice and accommodating. She helped us every step of the way. Some of the building staff could be indifferent and impatient with some of the guests but you can just contact the host directly and she’ll be happy to assist any way she can. Will definitely stay with Victoria Home Vida again the next time we visit KL.

Hitech Building with Sky swimming pool”
At first, I was surprised there has no reception but I realized the building was designed to self checkin by help of a security. They have underground automatic parking system and google home system. Staff like Shin Yee is helpful and quick in reply. The room equipped with a washing machine with dryer and iron so that you don't need to give laundry. I like that studio room style and I extended my stay over there because it is so close to Bukit BinTang touristed area.

its my first stayin at this apartment. once i booked the apartment via agoda i am assist by miss Shinyee. very talkative person. kind. and communicative. its very nice to stay. huge apartment. complete stuff. full facilities. we're satisfied stayin at your property. everythings was excelent. if i can give any suggestion. i would fell more satiesfied if the reception staff more kind and friendly. im not talking bout the security who are on duty. but the miss or madam who act as the receptionist. they perform like we are know nothing. and its feel so annoyin with that kind of act. hahahaha. but others than that. i loved everuthing bout stayed at your property. thank you Miss Shinyee.. thank you Vicyoria home Vida. you just make my family holiday goin so memorable.. stay cool... a lot of successs. more and more

I must say if you want everything to be perfect! You must stay there. The staff is very much cooperative! Rooms are so clean and bigger than most of the other hotels. Always Satisfying!”
My second stay with Victoria Home and it has been enjoyable. The room is really spacious and has everything you need. However, the only cons for me is just the bathroom. Because there is no shower box, so the shower and the toilet are combined together. Other than that, it was all great! :)

The place is great. good location near bukit bintang, facilities inside are awesome, just wifi sometimes get stuck when watching movies, but overall, good place to stay if u're about to stay near Bukit Bintang

A little noise on Fri and weekends due to proximity to Changkat Bukit Bintang bars. Other than that, washing machine is not quite working right and kitchen is not really a kitchen but a hotplate and a microwave. Strictly a place to sleep and shower

The least favourable unit by Victoria Home”
I usually stay with Victoria Home during my travels to KL but this is by far the worst unit. Not only security is unnecessarily tight (you will have to register via a facial recognition system and you won't be allowed any visitors), the unit is actually a duplex. Thus, your neighbour is within earhot. Unfortunately for me, my neighbour was loud and put on music until midnight. Good luck with sleeping if you were a light sleeper. There was also weird stench coming out from the bathroom. Probably from some of the pipe because there was no stain anywhere. With the price you're paying, I'd highly recommend you not to opt for this unit.

Communication from staff was not very good, we got an email with some details on what was required to register a couple of days before we needed to check in, unfortunately we were already abroad in Malaysia and didn't have regular access to email. Checking in was difficult as communication with staff involved with accommodation was difficult. The staff at the facility, that weren't involved with our accommodation were very helpful. Room was average and bed was very low to the ground with minimal facilities. The best things for it was that it was very close to Bukit Bintang and all the food and shopping precinct.

Good stay but expensive car parks”
Air conditioner in one of the room was not working. The apartment is clean and good. The area is a bit crowded with people and is near to pubs. Car park outside is RM30 per night while the one at the hotel is RM31. Since I arrived with 2 cars, the parking fee is really not convenient. The check-in requires registration at the counter is a bit hassle wherein you have to give your NRIC, full name and and they will take your photo for authentication of your access in the apartment.

Stayed for 4 days. Very bad smell from master bedroom. Lousy sound proofing for 2nd and 3rd room especially if you’re making love inside the room. Dining table couch was broken while we’re seating on it and lucky none was hurt! Only meant for 6 pax, no visitors allowed. Nice swimming pool without extra charge. Coolest automated parking system in Malaysia by far although it’s RM30 per day

Pros : The room is big and comfort for my family. Staffs are helpful. Nice view from my room hall and swimming pool. Facilities in room are complete but it will be better if have carpet in front of the tv rack. Cons : Only the bathroom is clogged. Water running very very slow.

It worthed”
i did read some comment about getting twin beds instead of double bed. As I choose the one with balcony, double bed..I thought it won't happened but was wrong 😅. Should put more coffee as we stayed for 3 nights and only got 2 sachets. I know it's an apartment but still...we won't buy a package of coffee just to start the next 2 morning when we are on travel here n there. Communicate with the staff thru whatssapp; friendly and quite helpful. wifi is slow, even just to browse. TV using wifi too...so...no hope 😊 (and it was the world cup semi final night 🙈) there is a small swimming pool at roof floor...quite refreshing after walking here and there in a hot weather 😍 overall we're happy with this property.

I stayed at this apartment with my husband and our bestfriends and his son who is 1 year old. The location is perfect easy to find restaurant and the apartment interior is so instagramable. Worth the money. The down side is the bathroom a bit smelly and they dont have a bathroom spray. The smell entered our room (this includes the master bathroom that got the smell). The sink also stuck in bathroom. They also dont have the hairdryer. Had an issue for check in but they allowed us to early check in. Had an issue with wifi as well and not more than a hour their staff came to repair it and it worked properly afterwards. If you rent a car, they have a carpark which cost 30 rm per day. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in this apartment.

Guest are ask us for transfer a deposit in 300 RM . I think it is weird since i book by agoda but i need to transfer to his private account. Usually if i book an appartment and there is need a deposit, it will collected at the front office, never by transfer to the private account. When i checked in it is a bit longer because the staff wrong to bring the key so we need to wait before check in. But host is easy to communicate, at the first booking i ask for early check in but host didn’t give me, but at the end after we contact by whatsapp finally host can give us early check in, since i come before the check in time and i need to put the luggage. The appartment is clean and so far is good for the appartment.

It is like Airbnb, there is no reception counter to assist with the check-in. Have to contact the host which I called 3 times before she answered the call. And was requested to make a deposit of RM100 to be transferred to her as well as the list of guest names. All the guests need to take photo at a counter of the building which does not represent the host. Worst of all there is only 1 access for 4 guests, very inconvenient as we are all going to different places for meeting. And you will need the card to be inserted to on the aircon. Need to pay RM30 for the carpark per day for multiple entries.
