Centralised Location, Attentive Staff, Essential Services”
Victoria Palace met all expectations for myself also my 14 and 20 year old nieces. It was their first time in Paris. Therefore I chose the hotel based on centralised location to historical iconic Parisian landmarks. Train stations and buses are near and frequent, although I elected Uber and/or car services due to Covid. The support staff is extremely resourceful inclusive of having an incredible relationship with restaurants within multiple arrondissements. We appreciated returning to a refreshing room after our days end rendezvous. We also chose breakfast for the morning we flew to Nice and it was nutritional. I will certainly choose Victoria Palace on future trips to Paris.

Chic hotel, great location”
I had one night and chose the Victoria Palace never having stayed in Paris for almost 3 years. The location is great, bus stop is literally just 3 min from hotel and metro is also 5min away. But the location is good enough you can just walk to the closest cafe, restaurant and shops. Hotel itself is beautifully renovated. Rooms are comfortable...slightly small room but sufficient for a one night stay. Amenities are sufficient and very comfortable bed. Will definitely book again and highly recommend.

Amazing hotel ”
Upon check in we were greeted by friendly staff. During my booking I requested for a high floor room and to my surprise they reserved the best room of the hotel. View was spectacular, views of the Eiffel Tower and Opera. Room was a bit small to my usual standards however the view made up for it. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

This was such a charming hotel. Loved the vibe and the room was Paris perfection. Only tip is that the pretty gym equipment is just for looks, as a few pieces were not fully operational.

Good boutique hotel, nice location, quiet”
Clean and modern, up to date design, and good location close to St Germain and all the restaurants. My only complaint was the bed and pillows which i thought were too hard, otherwise the hotel is very nice.

Everything was great about this stay. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. No issues with the room. Only thing I would say is it’s not clear that “full” breakfast is not included when you pay for “breakfast included”. For additional s like eggs or yogurt, you have to pay extra.

Made our 10th anniversary”
We loved our two night stay at the Victoria Palace. It's been recently renovated and beautifully appointed. The rooms are quiet and lovely, and the air conditioning is excellent (it was 38 degrees in Paris while we were there). All the highlights are nearby too, although we'd recommend using the Lime or Dott scooters or rental bikes outside the hotel for getting around.

We stayed here several times years ago the rooms were very large but dated. The remodel is nice 2 rooms were now 3 but still good size for Paris. Big bathrooms for Paris with all modern fittings.

Very Comfortable”
Very comfortable hotel with pleasant , helpful staff. Pretty well located as you can walk to the Musee d’Orsey and the Luxembourg Gardens. I would stay there again.

Completely Incompetent Service”
Not one thing went right. No one working at the front desk. Initially gave me the wrong room, then didn’t pick up calls to fix it. Took 3 people and several hours to get me a working key. They didn’t bother to record my late checkout (even after a 5 minute conversation on it), so they called to harass me around 2pm. After all this, they had the audacity to ask me to write them a review.

The hotel facilities are new and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and with great hospitality. The hotel is situated in a safe region (6th arrondissement) and proximate to the tourists attractions. Will revisit again next time!

Paris gem”
The Victoria Palace Hotel lived up to its sterling reviews for a March 2023 stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, the decor is beautiful (owner's daughter was the architect), the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is fantastic. We even had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. We were there for the start of the strikes (e.g., the hotel hired a private contractor to remove the accumulating garbage in front of the hotels) but didn't have any trouble getting around the Paris center because the location is great for walking. We'll have to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the enchanting courtyard.

Beautiful small hotel ”
The design of the hotel is so charming and beautiful. Location is very convenient and quiet considering how near it is to a very busy street. Right at the back of FNAC and Zara Montparnasse. Lots of good places to eat. Near transportation like the metro.

Stayed here for 3 nights as my first visit in Paris. The location is great, with close proximity to the metro, as well as many other clothes and food stores. The room was much larger than expected, and we were surprised! Would recommend!
