Huge family room with great view of the mountain. ”
Simply awesome. We had the room that overlooked the lake n mountain. View was fantastic, though the hotel is not accessible with public transport (most hotels in Cingjing don't have public transport station), you can easily arrange for taxi to pick you up to different locations. Very, very nice European design resort hotel with very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Despite that it is rather far to go to other places of interests (considering less public transport available), but this hotel offers very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable as well, with Nantou mountain and village view. Breakfast was offered in usual Taiwanese food (and simple bread) with unlimited coffee, tea, and chocolate. The hotel also offers direct transport to Taichung city or bus-transfer pool of Puli. Very pleased.

You have to stay here! Lovely place with awesome incredibly great scenery. It just feel great to wake up to that in front of my eyes right in the morning. The stuff is very nice they also offer to pick us up and send us to the cingjing farm. Love it here!

Spacious Room, nice View ”
View is beautiful when you open the window in the morning. Local Breakfast provided. Maybe we went at a peak period in mid Dec, so limited table for breakfast. Breakfast timing a little short from 7 to 9am. If they can extend to 10am would be good.

Great View and Spacious Room ”
Greeted by a nice view when you wake up. Room is spacious. Like a high end Chalet style. Local Breakfast (porridge and small dishes) provided. Only down side is the limited seats at breakfast area and the super slow toasters, that can only warm up the bread in the super cold days. Butter and spread didn't even .

everything is good, but just a little defect. That is the location of the hotel is not near to the main road, u will need a taxi to reach the hotel from the main road or else u will need to walk about 700m to reach to the hotel.

Place With Great View But Not Kept Up”
Room floor with hairs and receipts from previous guests, very hard mattress, heavy comfort, restroom with no tub, no shower curtain. Heard snorting from the next room all night long. None of us can finish even half of the hot pot dinner for it contained dry meat, rubbery sausage and fishy processed fish dumplings. The breakfast was equally disappointed. "Garden" means the flower pots. Nothing to do with "Victoria" or "English Style" except the thin wash clothes bagged in a white plastic bag been branded with an English name.

nice place, pretty scenery, but v hard to go unless u have a car or taxi. and can hear loud footsteps and people talking which can be quite a nuisance 🙃 also, food was so-so, maybe cos im not used to taiwanese cuisine 😂 but staff were very helpful and courteous, view was superb and the place is pretty clean, although there is no bottled water provided + aircon (no need for it but still..) as shown on website. So overall, it is a nice place, a good hotel which i will visit again if i have a car to travel ard with ☺

Wide view at sky level”
We booked a 6 persons room where is located at the side with high privacy. We have beautiful view at our room window and provide seating area at the corridor just outside our room. We had our breakfast sitting outside the restaurant with wide mountain view and fresh air. Sleep well with quiet environment.

The staff are so nice, we ask them for some suggestions of famous spot, they help us to plan the route that is the most convenient and even drive us to the farm next morning. The room is clean and big. One thing is that the sound insulation between rooms are poor

Price is reasonable. Shower is not ok, not seperate from toilet. the floor and wall are very very thin, can hear foot step and talking from upper floor and next door. Breakfast for Chinese not for Western .
