Acceptable”

Agoda confirmed but when i reached there late evening their staff just simply said “full book, no more room, didnt receive anything from agoda”. Contacted agoda to no avail, just a chat robot which couldnt understand the problem. Calling agoda hotline also just got an auto voice asking u to press this number that number for nothing to solve your problem and totally no chance to talk with any real person

Accueil en anglais sympathique. Hôtel très calme. Près d'un marché traditionnel. Problème d'écoulement d'eau de la climatisation dans la salle de bain... Nécessité de s'essuyer les pieds avant de retourner se coucher. Après un changement de chambre, le problème semble commun à toute les Deluxe.

Đánh giá khách sạn Victory Vinh”

Lợi điểm lớn nhất của khách sạn là địa điểm, gần phố đi bộ, xung quang rất nhiều quán cafe, đa dạng quán ăn (nhất là với những bạn trẻ thích đồ ăn nhanh), siêu thị. Phố Trần Huy Liệu có quán cơm bình dân Phạm Nga rất ổn (cách ks 200m). KS nhìn ổn nhưng nội thất xuống cấp. Phòng rất ít ổ căm điện (2 cái 1 ở đầu giường và 1 phía sau tủ lạnh, khá bất tiện). Phòng tắm không có ổ cắm và không có kệ để xa phòng, các dồ nhỏ khi đi tắm. Nói chung thì ổn trong tầm tiền. Nếu chỉ về ks để ngủ thì không nên đòi hỏi nhiều.

已經在網上訂好房間，到了現場說沒有房間”

在線上已經訂好2間房，到了現場才說只有一間房，確認信也看不懂，訂的是1夜2房，硬是跟我說是2夜1房，這是在agoda訂房發生的第二次這種情況，由此可見agoda對於合作旅館的素質並沒有辦法有效管理，未來真的不考慮再使用agota訂房。
