central but lousy”

Decent hotel, cheap room with nice sea-view”

We are not too enthusiastic about this hotel, but then again, we did not expect too much for the price. At arrival, the hotel seemed quite empty. The welcome was OK, and we were quickly shown to our room with TV and AC, which we both did not need/use. The room had a very nice view over the bay of Cat Ba Town. The room was spacious, with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom was simple, and we found out that the boiler is only activated at certain times, which resulted in a cold shower for one of us. Once we knew, we could manage by leaving enough hot water for the second person, but it was not very convenient. Some other guests at the hotel were quite loud on the return to their rooms, but I guess we cannot blame the hotel for this. The reception was always staffed, but somehow the staff did make us feel a bit uncomfortable on leaving/entering the hotel. All in all good value for the money, and the terrific sea view really made our stay.

I enjoyed my stay there. It was very comfortable and convenient to the locations that I wanted to go to during my stay.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel , à l'accueil extrêmement agréable . la chambre propre était de bon confort.

Unkompliziert und einfach”

Wir sind zu zweit gereist und haben ein verhältnismäßig kostengünstiges Hotel gebucht und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war zufriedenstellend. Der Kontakt mit den Besitzern vor Ort war teilweise schwierig durch die Sprache, aber letztlich hat alles gut funktioniert. Leider waren die Fenster des Zimmers nicht abzuschließen, da diese defekt waren und die Klimaanlage hat stark getropft.

Отличный вид”

Огромный номер с одной большой и одной средней кроватями. Шикарный вид на залив прямо из окна, милый балкон на этаже. Питания не было. Были небольшие проблемы с душем и водой,подтекала раковина. Мебель не новая, ТВ древний,но ни разу не включали. Для нас не это было главное. Нам понравилось :)
