warm and comfortable hotel
warm and hospitality
a small but functional , delicate and home-like hotel. Receptionist can speak good English and willing to chat more with guests about the city and the her hotel. Requests can be handled in efficient way . The only disatisfaction is decoration is apparaently old and to be redecorated, but compared with the rate , it is still acceptable.

good location within the sunday market
Quiet at night and big bathrooms
this hotel is just behind m hotel near thapae gate. 3 mins walk to the sunday market. room is nice and come with a nice balcony overlooking the swimming which is just nice for me as i am a smoker :) breakfast varies during my 5 days there, but are generally ok. hotel staff are helpful and i would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers. another thumbs up is that the wifi signal is very strong which is very important to me.

great location but a little expensive
great location
Great location, hundreds meters away from the eastern gate of the ancient city wall. Good breakfast too...BUT, there is some reddish stain (blood? maybe)on the wall in my hotel room.

Lovely hotel, great location
staff, room, balcony overlooking pool, location
The staff did a great job fielding any questions we had, such as how much would it cost to take a taxi, tuk tuk, etc to.... This hotel is located near the old city wall. In the morning, you can get exercise running around the city. It's 4 klm. Within the old city there about 300 temples. They have done a nice job with landscaping. There are plants strategically planted around the property, which gives it a secluded feeling, even though it is surrounded with other hotels.

Great little boutique hotel in center of Chiangmai
Location, staff, room, pool,
I stayed for 5 nights and will happily return. Clean, quiet, yet in the center of chiangmai with easy access to the main attractions. Hotel provides bikes for day and that's a great way to get around. The restaurant and breakfast are basic, but there are a multitude of places to eat just outside the hotel. The pool is great to cool off or lounge around. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

lovely hotel with friendly service
room facilities
The location is really good, although the price is relatively higher than other guesthouses near it. But the facilities and the service are really excellent. My room is at the corner, the space is limited.

great hotel with excellent location
hotel right next to thapae gate and restaurants
this small hotel was hidden down a quiet street but it is very close to the heart of the city. a 2 min walk will take you to the sunday market and a walk to the end of the street has a tour guide place where the people are very helpful. great coffee shops close by. breakfast at the hotel was okay but you could probably get better at many of the restaurants close by. we borrowed a beach towel and the staff didn't ask for a deposit. would definitely recommend!
