Big rooms but far from town”

This hotel was fine: the room was huge, clean and bright with large bathroom, sitting room, fridge, etc. Location is miles from town with little of interest in the area - get a taxi. Staff pleasant.

Conveniently located Hotel for people on the move”

Viet Trung Hotel is around 10 minutes outside the center by taxi. It is conveniently located at the new highway number 5 from Haiphong to Hanoi and is a short ride by taxi from the airport. My room was clean, everything worked well, including a wide choice of different TV channels.

Cheap and still not worth the money, noisy”

Nobody in the hotel could speak English, the bed had only one sheet (no sheet with the blanket, which was a bit dirty). In the hotel were also girls giving massage and they were pretty noisy.

Unable to have a good sound sleep as container trucks pass the main road outside the hotel all night long and honking their horns.

Ce grand hôtel est un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville, mais le service de taxi est parfait et très économique. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt rendre service. La communication avec le personnel du restaurant ne se fait qu'en vietnamien, mais celà ajoute au charme! nous sommes au Vietnam...

Waren nur 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel (auf der Durchreise zur Insel Cat Ba). Restaurant nicht genutzt, daher nicht moeglich dies zu beurteilen.

今まで一番よくないホテル”

まず、料金ですが、通常価格が23万ドン（税金込み）のところ、Agodaの価格はその倍でした。仮にこちらで泊まられる場合には、直接予約した方がいいと思います。 部屋も今まで泊まったホテルの中で最低レベルで、あまりに汚かったので、泊まらずにチェックアウトしました。 こちらのホテルは避けられたほうがよろしいと思います。

실망 또 실망입니다.”

항구로 가는 산업도로 바로 옆에 있어 큰 트럭들이 정말 많이 다닙니다. 밤새 트럭들 질주하는 소리에 낮에는 트럭 경적소리.... 경유차의 매연.. 예민하신분들 이 호텔 이용하시면 잠을 자기 어려울 것입니다. 공실이 많아서 그런지 방을 사무실로 임대하고 있더군요. 기숙사도 있는 것 같구요. 암튼 실망이 많습니다. 싼 맛에 가셨다가는 후회 막급니다. 호치민에서의 3성급 호텔과는 너무 차이가 많더군요. 왜 3성급인지 이해가 가지 않네요.

名不副实，去了以后，实际的住宿价格比预定便宜了好多，还不如不预定呢。 在我的抗议之下，给我换成了vip房。

Внешне отель неплохой. Но номера желают быть лучшими. Номер большой и бестолковый, в нём 2 двухспальные кровати. Кондиционер, телевизор работали, но вот санузел-это кошмар. Вода из ванной выливается прямо на пол, вода в умывальнике плохо уходит, вобщем такой вот VIP. Отель находится в неудобном месте, далеко до пристаней (с которых уходят катера на Кат Ба), до маркетов. Персонал по-английски не говорит.
