Good place to start . . . ”

I've stayed at View Talay 5C a number of times over the past few years and have always appreciated living in a condo rather than a hotel. Security is good and the staff are always helpful. The pool can get a little crowded at times but for me the benefits outweigh any negatives.

Fabulous beach/sea view apartment”

It is important to remember that you are booking a room in an apartment building through an agency. There are approximately 7 buildings in the View Talay development. Some are next to the beach but some are not. So perhaps you should make it clear when you book just what you expect. We were very lucky as when we arrived the only studio apartment they had available was in the newest block right on the beach. The room was fabulous, large, bright, and airy, with a fantastic view of the sea from the large balcony. The shower-room was also great with a huge walk in shower cubicle. The only downside was that the unit looked as if the owner had literally just left. It was dirty and untidy and needed cleaning. Also the furniture was a complete hotchpotch of new and used and suitable and unsuitable pieces. Honestly, some people have no taste, and clearly the Russian owners of this apartment didn’t. Also, the agency didn’t seem to have any kind of plan as to how the room would be cleaned every day – it wasn’t – or how the drinking water, toilet paper, towels, bedding, etc., would be changed and replenished. It was all very casual. That said I did enjoy the luxury of staying there for 4 nights. However, you can get a better deal in a hotel for the same money. By the way the Thai girls at the agency were delightful and very helpful.

Nice apartment, near the beach”

This is an apartment, not a hotel. Nicely room overlooking the ocean. Fault in the bathroom, the shower, was reported and quickly corrected. Good service in general. The building has its own security staff and they do a good job. I got problem with the door lock and did not come out of the room, but this solved these folks very smoothly. They entered the apartment on the 18th floor from the outside and the lock was changed in a matter of minutes. There is a small store with groceries, a laundry and a travel agency on the ground floor. Many restaurants with different menus close by. Short distance to the beach. Private walkway to the beach and the port with key ensures that the area is quiet.

It is one room of the condominium instead of a hotel. Although the place just a few away from the south Phattaya, access is easy if it has a car or a motorbike. Since I carried out by my car, there is no inconvenience in any way and it is very much satisfied with the sea which is visible from a terrace, and a quiet place and budget prices. Since equipments are only a towel and tableware, it is necessary to prepare tissue,drinking water,shampoo, soap and toothbrush by oneself. If it stays at Phattaya in next, will also stay here.

Totally disspointing”

We would never recommend View Talay Services by Phuwiang Property to anyone. We rented 2 rooms for 8 days and both rooms we rate at 0 out of 10 (10 being the best). Both rooms were filthy, had broken taps, cockroach infested, had stained and mismatched linen, no foot or hand towels, missing remote control for TV, no fins on the outdoor ceiling fan, no toaster, no kettle, no hot water (only luke warm) and a pair of soiled underwear in the safe. We were asked to move rooms halfway through our stay as the owner of the unit was returning and they moved us to the ground floor unit with no ocean view which we had paid for. The staff were disgraceful, arogant, rude and should not be in the public eye.

Excellent - a large room with a large balcony”

Was all I needed - a self catering unit with a great view of the sea. Some people may find the fact that towels were not changed over the period of stay as well as bedding, also no toiletries provided. Bring your own. There is a laundry on the ground floor.

Right near the beach”

We enjoyed staying there. I will say that check in was a bit of a hassle. We were staying for 2 weeks and they jerked us around at check in. We had to wait to get a room and then 2 days later move again and then a 3rd time. They did give us a bigger room at the same rate, however.

The furniture is qiute used. No wi fi in the rooms and public areas. I spend 2 hours to get the safety box in my room.

Ok room, but nothing was prepared upon arrival.”

I was first told i had to change room after two days, but they managed to find one room for the whole stay, 5 nights. Had to wait 1 hour for the room to be prepared even though i arrived in the evening.

Останавливались на 2 ночи в студии на 18 этаже View Talay 5C. Очень чистая и приятная комната, 100 метров до пляжа, панорамный вид на море. На порядок удобнее чем любой отель подобной ценовой категории.

深刻な問題については、カスタマーサポートに連絡済みですので、経験した事実だけを記載します。到着が遅くなることはメールで連絡済みでしたが、返事はありませんでした。午後11時半頃ホテルに到着しましたが、受付らしいところはなく、スタッフもいませんでした。この施設はコンドミニアムを兼ねていたので、居合わせたタイ人にバウチャーに記載された電話に連絡してもらったところ、空き室はないとの返事でした。たまたま居合わせた別の部屋の管理人が宿泊可能とのことでしたので、急遽ベッドメイクをしてもらい、一夜の眠りにつくことができました。

私の別荘の様なキッチン付きコンドミニアム”

ここはホテルでは無くコンドミニアムです。 部屋ごとに管理会社が違います。ホテルの様に24時間営業では有りません。 一応チェックインは夕方5時までなっていますが事前にお願いしておけば遅くなっても大丈夫です。 今回で2回目の滞在です。事前にメールでレートチェックインとスクーターの手配を依頼しておいたら依頼通り手配しておいてくれました。 前回レンタルスクーター屋さんがチョンボしてデポジットの返金をして貰って無い事を話すとレンタル屋さんに話をしてくれ返金して貰えました。半分諦めていたので助かりました。 叉、夜9:30頃、ドアをロックしてしまい。コンドミニアムの管理会社の美人女社長に電話をするとクライアントとの食事中にも関わらず車を飛ばして来てくれ合鍵で開けてくれました。大変助かりました。 気安く色々頼めて良くして貰ってます。 叉コンドミニアムの１階にはコンビニや洗濯屋さんも有り便利です。 ポロシャツ１枚１５バーツ（４５円）、Ｔシャツ１枚１０バーツ（３０円）です。ホテルより安くてお財布にも優しいです。

部屋のマネージメント会社の紹介の人（会社？）からスクーターを借りました。チェックアウトの前の晩に返却したいと連絡すると明日の朝にして欲しいと言われたので朝電話をすると電話に出ず、勿論ホテルにもこずデポジットを返却して貰えなかった。鍵を返却さずに帰ってこうようかと思いましたが警備の人に預けて帰って来ました。 ムカつきます。
