would not wish to stay again”

the location and the view, the space with the garden and number of rooms and availability of toilets - which are suitable for an extended family of 7 host was quite fast in response time
it’s not as clean as we would have liked it compared to the other properties we have stayed across New Zealand. lack of air circulation on the second floor with no air conditioning in any of the rooms. items are a little dated and inconsistent across rooms (eg lack of fans in two rooms, very minimal number of hangers, chipped cups and stovetop, shower temperature is hard to adjust, no ironing board even though there’s an iron) lack of instructions to operate various equipments including radiator and air conditioning - we were baking in the house due to the hot weather. would be good to have baking paper or aluminium foil to manage easier clean up for oven, bin liners are too small for bins.

Location with Top notch views”

The property was clean, well kept & had a manicured outdoor area. Outstanding weather at this brilliant location close to shops, restaurants & the lake. The views was top notch from the rooms. Great communication, If get a chance we shall re-visit & stay again at the property
The only downside I felt was the heat pump downstairs needed an upgrade upto a 6 kilo watt which can heat up the whole downstairs area. Everything else top notch

Absolutely stunning, worth the stay !”

This property is beautiful, with excellent amenities, spacious for a family (we were four adults, a toddler and a baby). The owner even delivered a high chair for us which was really nice. There is absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay, lots of cooking facilities, she shower upstair is to die for ! It was really lovely to be able to lite the fire at night.. We only stayed two nights but now I wish we had stayed longer. We will definitely rent that place again in the future.
An extractor fan in the kitchen would be a great thing to add Otherwise we absolutely loved everything.

Absolutely beautiful, we loved it. Was a home away from home. Perfect place to kick back and relax after a big day.
The thermometer on the coffee machine was broken, but we still managed to make good coffee! Where there's a will, there's a way!

The property is so spacious. Fireplace is nice for making time warm. Kitchen is also awesome. There were rainy days while staying, but I was happy to be at the property by watching TV, reading books, listening to music..

Room there was plenty of space x2 tv something for everyone lovely outside seating, with the lovely weather is was great As we ate there it was great that there was all the little things you forget eg. salt and pepper
the main door lock was a bit funny and we were not sure if it locked all the time upstairs in main bedroom bathroom I was scared I was going to fall in the shower a handle would have been great not sure how old the owners are but when your 70 you want to be keepful
