Highly recommended”
Five minutes by their private longtail boat or half an hour walk(hike)(not recommended with your luggage) from the pier. The moment of approaching the viking beach, you feel like you are entering an excluded little paradise. The staff are so welcoming and helpful at all time. You can book all kinds of tours or tickets from the reception. Our room is spacious and very clean. Our gorgeous balcony is with a giant hammock and amazing sea view. Air conditioner is powerful. We also got room cleaning every day. They even prepared flip-flops and comfortable thai-style pajamas for you to wear at the hotel. Once my husband put on the pajamas he didn't want to take them off anymore. Climbing down to the restaurant from the room and beach takes about 5 minutes. If you feel lazy like us, you can eat in the same restaurant for the whole four days, a lot to choose and very yummy and reasonable priced. Or you can easily walk to long beach or even the town for different restaurants. Snorkeling around is not too bad but not too brilliant. Still we would like to go checking out the same fish everyday just to say hi. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you all.

Probably the best in Phi Phi”
Excellent location, 5-10 min from the pier by free longboat transfer by the hotel. 20-25min nice walk on the well lit path along the beach. You can also take the Longboat Taxi for a 100THB to town and 200THB back. The hotel is in a very nice clean white sand beach, very close to diving spots (shark reef on Long beach, and many times you can see big crowds just a few 100 metres from the resort). I bought a snorkeling kit and looked in the sea just at the hotel beach and you can see beautiful corals, colourful fishes and rich sealife. Rooms are very cosy, mine had a nice seaview. From the hotel beach you have a nice view to Phi Phi Leh. Breakfast and the kitchen very good. Staff is very nice. It is a very much / highly recommended hotel. You can rent a kayak (300THB for the day or 100THB for 1 hour). Everything related to the hotel is 10 out of 10. The massage on the beach is 5 out of 10.

Amazing secluded getaway”
This resort was a basic hotel but had everything you’ll need for a peaceful getaway. It’s own private beach access, bungalows with hammocks, it’s own restaurant and staff who were very helpful. The facilities and food were all very simple yet perfect. I had to get here by boat from the main pier, I think to walk from the pier was about 30mins which you can’t really do with luggage. Be prepared to get into the water as part of your boat onboarding and off boarding but it’s all part of the adventure and what you’d have to do at any another resort with long boat only access. Also, the bungalows are a hike up the hill so only good if you can frequently walk up and down steep hills. Extremely clean and friendly staff, and I really felt like I had a luxurious experience of nature and gorgeous clear beach waters. Would definitely book again if I’m back on the island.

Love it!!”
Our family of 5 had an awesome stay at Viking Nature Resort. The accomodation felt like we were staying in a tree house, had great views and was very clean. It has its own private beach which is very picturesque. The restaurant is well priced and located at the beach edge. We did a 6 hour boat tour using one of the Viking long tail boats which was truly amazing and great value. I would return in a heartbeat. We have fabulous memories of our 3 night stay.

Very lovely Place!”
Perfect place for relaxing and also not too far away form the Port. They offer a shuttle service by boat to the hotel and back to the port for free directly to the hotel if the tide allows it. If you want to go at an other time its about 100 baht (very cheap) By foot its about 20 minutes to the 'city'. Also a cool way to walk. The Resort it self is just amazing with its samll little beach right to the very good restaurant. For us it was apart fro stolling around the island the best and most beautiful beach on the island which offers also some shadwo under the trees. 5/5

Best experience in the whole trip”
Stayed at 7 different hotels in Thailand and this was by far the best one. A tree house, fully equiped with fridge, private bathroom and a room for the bags, great bed and lining. The cats that visited us only made it even more perfect! The restaurant is great. Yes, it is far from the center, and there may be stairs, but it's totally worth it! We loved Viking so much that we lost two days already booked and paid in another hotel, just to spend more lazy time looking at the sea. I can't wait to come back to Thailand and stay there again!

A place to escape from hectic life, excellent service”
Nice grande superior room with large balcony, can lay down and chill all day. Excellent hotel staff Mr. Porche to help in arranging room for elderly family member and Ms. Ple in arranging early boat trip to Maya bay for us. All staffs has a great service mind and willing to assist you. Suitable for travelers who like natures and want to escape from a busy environment. Walking distance to town but not suitable for people who can’t walk up and down steps. An alternative is to hire a boat taxi for transferring to town.

Too good to be true”
We booked only one night in advance and when we realised we wanted to stay more it was too late, the hotel was fully booked! But the staff were really helpful and found an option for us. Amazing view and interior. Perfect for those seeking solitude and calm rest. Lots of families with children. At least three beaches nearby. The only problem is that there's no exchange booth in the area and a 3% commission for a credit card pay, so you have to go to the village, but it's a 20-minute walk along the beach so no problem.

Little oasis”
Amazing room, a perfect getaway. Views from the deck are priceless and it was private. Nice private beach with cool sea live. Restaurant on site was good with affordable options and tasty. BBQ at night was decent. Staff is pleasant and very helpful. They pick you up from the pier a a longboat and take you to the resort. Overall great experience! Would recommend to anyeaone who wants a more peaceful experience on Phi Phi away from the hustle and bustle of the main parts.

Beautiful vibe”
Viking is a tucked away gem only 20 min walk from Phi Phi Island’s Ton Sai pier, the main landing point from Krabi. It has an underrated cool vibe, a clean private beach, good food, friendly staff and comfortable lodges/rooms. It is quiet and close to all that Phi Phi has to offer.

Prefect stay”
We stayed here for one night and found the place to be absolutely stunning. The beach is perfect.. Small and private.. Food was also amazing and priced appropriately. We were also given a free room upgrade which was a cherry on top! All services offered by this place are five star in quality. Highly recommended! A couple of points to note: the beach is a bit rocky during low tide. Also, you can avoid booking ferry tickets from the resort as they charge a premium.

Wonderful place to stay to live fully the Phi Phi life”
I stayed one month in Thailand, moving every 3 days and Viking Nature Resort has been my favorite place where I stayed. The bungalows are fully immersed in the nature and you have direct access to 2 quiet and amazing beaches, also 5 minutes away from Long Beach. This is also really easy to go to the area where all restaurants and bar are located, either by boat or by feet. I strongly recommend, the experience is really awesome!

Perfect spot for best of phi phi”
I have stayed at the far north of island before at Holiday Inn and although the beaches were better but you were completely isolated from the rest of the island. Viking is close enough that you can get to town (20 min sweaty walk!) and go to bars, clubs, restaurants and shops, or you can stay at the resort and relax on 2 very nice and quiet beaches without too many tourists or boats and clean sand/water. The staff are super lovely and the beach restaurant is a great place to chill for a drink or eat seafood bbq on the sand. We were initially disappointed that we did not have a bungalow however our room in magmai 10E was absolutely massive and had spectacular views over long beach and a hammock to boot. Highly recommended, we will be back.

Great spot away from the crowd”
A very unique property, a short 10 minute longtail boat ride from town. It has it's own private beach, with a large beautiful beach adjacent to the resort. View Point 2 is a couple of kilometers away which makes for a great half day hike. The rooms were large, cleaned well, and we had a beautiful ocean view from our large balcony. We enjoyed our several dinners in the restaurant. The Spaghetti Carbonara was amazing, best we've encountered in Thailand. A good breakfast is included as well. The staff was very service focused. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to a return visit one day.

Exceptional”
It was a great place! We had a big bungalow just next to the sea, has 2-3 small beaches in a couple of minutes. We went to long beach but decided viking beach was better :) You can walk to tonsai in 14-20 minutes from a beautiful path with small beaches. The cleaning crew was super good. We have a baby so we spent lots of time( 2 naps and noon heat) inside the bungalow but when ever we were away, they spotted and cleaned our room spottlesly. No other resorts' crew was so attentive! Also restaurant crew was nice, super kind to our baby and the food in the restaurant was good and not expensive in Koh Phi Phi Standards.

The best of everything ”
Rooms are unique and amazing. Living in luxury jungle huts on the beach. Restaurant is fantastic and good prices. At dinner pick your seafood to barbecue, can watch them cook on the beach. I miss this place and the friendly staff. I would come back to koh phi phi again just to stay here.

back to nature”
wonderful views, huge modern rooms, very nice beach, would definately visit again. There is a boat shuttle from the pier to the resort up till 17.00 then after 19.00 depending on tides it's 150 baht for a longboat back or a 20 minute walk. The viking can and will arrange everything for you. We really loved it here, especially the monkeys

Beautiful, peaceful, exquisite reort”
This piece of heaven is only accessible by boat. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the beach is exquisite, the views from the restaurant are sublime, the staff could not be more helpful. Only accessible by boat, so secluded ad private (20 minute walk through jungle to town). Gangs of roaming monkeys at dusk!
