Do not book this resort”
The room that was booked for us was dirty and staff seemed to not know what to do. To be specific, the bathroom had leftover tissue roll, linens were not freshly changed (we had to ask someone to change it). There was a cockroach and mosquitoes.

The facilities were incomplete ”
The location is ok, staff were friendly but the facilities of the room is incomplete. I needed to requested toilet paper when it should have been available prior to check in. One of the rooms I rented, the TV is outdated and not properly working. In the duration of our 3 days stay, water was cut off twice.

More like a Public Resort”
We paid for a one night stay and chose their standard room. The entire resort was just very disappointing. It's like going to a public resort. The place is not gated. Anyone can go inside. The entrance to the place was too small we had a hard time driving our car. No assistance. No security guard. At the back end it's also open there so anyone can enter. The swimming pool is situated at the side of the driveway and where people walk so everyone can see you! The pool was soo dirty! No privacy at all. We decided to leave because of this. We didn't bother ro get refund so nagsayang kami ng pera The pictures you see is what you get. We didn't expect a lot coz the place was cheap but we surely didn't expect that we will be staying in a place where it seems like you don't have privacy na anyone who walks by can see you.. they have no access to the beach too since they are on the other side of the road. You also need to pay 50 pesos per head at the entrance for access "daw" sa beach. Bad deal

The pool is nice and clean . I only saw one room the one I was in,but it certainly could've use a good cleaning,somebody with a scrub brush proper cleaning rags and some bleach and water and soap, cobwebs up in the upper corners of the ceiling, mould on the grout in the shower, seemed to be lots of staff But pretty limited cleaning crew, It's nice enough, fairly good location but certainly could use full-time maintenance man and cleaning crew to impress foreign travelers.

Worst Place beside the Gum Leaves Hotel”
During check in, staff did not find my reservations and were very rude when asked to search for it. Parking was very far away from actual room location. Room was on last floor. Curtains hangers and mounting brackets were rotten and broken. When we tried to close the curtains the curtain assembly feel down. No towel and soap available and when requesting these items, was informed Housekeeping now closed and need to wait until next morning. Could not bring outside food in as they have resturant on site but already closed.. I shower room, when siting on toilet, water fromm ceiling dripped nd leaked down. When requesting help, we were informed that maintenance staff not available until next morning. Just a Bad Bad BAd experience

Somewhat disappointed.....”
The staff we exceptional and patient with our requests, however, the facilities were disappointing. The toilet in our room blocked up a number of times, staff tried for 3 days to get our television working (to no avail), toilet leaked continually when cistern was full, and could not turn off the tap.
