the overall location was beautiful and short walk from the nearest MRT station. Stayed in the crystal room (great), very attentive staff complimentary breakfast was nice. Would revisit again.

Great Getaway from the City”
It was a great 3 days here. Went to explore Yang Ming Shan and the nearby area. Always great to be able to come back to a nice private onsen to soak away the day's worries and aches.

Best Onsen Resort Ever”
I've stayed here 4 times, and I always moved their hospitality each time. My bf had disability to eat due to mouth problem, and they always prepare fluid food as sam as regular menu, servicing beautiful shapes. That was amazing, and as far as I know, there are no other hotels having such hospitality. I really appreciate their services. Definitely go back again.

Good but not excellent”
Overall is good, staff are friendly, facility is nice, environment is cozy. But I expected Villa 32 to be excellent instead of just good. 1. No parking lot, but with valet parking service, which is fine, however the valet's uniform is not easy to identified. I'd suggest set up a stand to clearly show the entrance. 2. Due to room cleaning reasons delay our check-in time, which is understandable since it's a hot season, but didn't offer any water/tea while we waiting till we asked for it. 3. Didn't refill the cookies in room during room keeping. (which surprised me...they just left an empty can there...till we asked...) 4. No private dressing room in public bathhouse. 5. No more butler service.

Was excellent choice. Probably the best hotel in Taipei area. Food and wine menu were fantastic. Service was excellent (thank to Frankie- GM). And room with personal hot spring bath- was just a dream! we loved it and will surely return there for future special occasions.

A superb surprising hot springs hotel with great Michelin potential restaurant ”
Great hot spring area with several indoor and outdoor pools for a only five large hotel rooms!! Totally great little treasure... 100 % recommendation if you’re visiting Taipei... it totally surprised me!!

Absolutely perfect in every way ”
The room was spacious and luxurious with every detail considered. The staff was attentive and understood the local of service needed for a hotel of this nature. The onsen and baths were spacious and relaxing as well as clean and well staffed. The hotel allows you to come early to enjoy the amenities and also gives you a noon checkout to enjoy your morning without rushing. We will come back. There is only 5 rooms total at the hotel, which means everyone there is focused on your stay and needs. Absolutely perfect.

No hot water from shower!”
No hot water from shower after hotspring in room and we were wet and cold for several minutes. We called frontdesk and the staff said they will check and get back. 10 more minutes without reply we called again and the staff told us the heater was out of order and just asked us to use the public bathroom!!! This is absurd and unbelievable given the high pricing of this most expensive hotel in taiwan! There are also other things that do not meet the expected standard.... we were so disappointed.

宿泊客が少ないためか必要のないところで過剰とも思えるサービスあり （例えば温泉に行き来する際、スタッフが階段まで案内してくれる等） 台湾旅行なので、台湾をイメージする事のできるインテリアだと良いのに。 食事も全て洋風のみ。旅行者としては台湾に来ている感が味わえない。
