Brilliant secluded location.. ”
Excellent resort. Secluded from the main town. Next to Phi Phi Island village which has good restaurant and if u walk a little l further in the island many small bars and restaurants to have ur lunch and dinner. Spectacular view of the ocean from the ocean facing rooms. Excellent service. Helpful staff. Rooms could be bigger for the price. Need more ferries to the town from hotel. Work on that. Otherwise it's beautiful 👌
First of all, KUDOS to Exza and his crew for providing us with the most fantastic experience during our breakfast & stay in the hotel. From the Tonsai Pier, complimentary boat ride are given 4 times daily. They took good care of our luggage while we shop at the pier. Amin, is the friendly guy who took care of our pleasant 20min from the pier to the hotel. Once we reached there, a welcome drink and cookies were given (yummy cookies!). Then, a cart took us up to our room Room are beautifully decorated with cute honeymoon setup for us <3. Tons of complimentary snacks which are refilled daily. Beautiful view as requested during my booking were given. Again thank you for that! The next day, we enjoyed the free kayak and snorkel equipment. Rode the kayak to the nearby village to take away some really scrumptious thai food. Quite funny experience doing take aways using kayak and bringing it back to the hotel to enjoy it on our beautiful balcony. Didnt had the time or energy to go kayak around the island further, but definately want to be back to do that next time! Service is 12 out of 10. Fantastic people. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay a memorable one!! If you enjoy serene & private environment, this a is the hotel I would definately recommend.
Perfect holiday destination, if I ever visit Phi Phi again I will stay at Villa 360 again”
PROS. Great breakfast for western visitors, next time I will buy the full package that includes dinner, you will save alot if you go that route. CONS. nothing worth mentioning.
in the middle of nowhere”
My partner and i stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. i will start my accepting the views from our room were absolutely stunning and that its great they offer a free speedboat shuttle into the main city (takes half an hour), the room itself was great! I really wish we read the reviews before booking, the hotel was miles away from the main land as iv'e said it takes half an hour to reach by boat! On our first night we were stranded in the hotel as the weather and sea was in bad condition so we were not allowed to travel to main harbour or look around the near by village as its unsafe. So we had to have dinner at the hotel... WE WAITED 2 AND A HALF HOURS for our meal which we had to keep reminding the 2 working waiters to bring. When it arrived it was cold. i'm not exaggerating, we sent back our food and went to bed tired and hungry. Other people who arrived after us were served before us, my partner and i were so confused and very annoyed. bad service & very expensive.
Beautiful views and nice Villa’s”
Arriving via the resorts speedboat or long tail boat from the main pier, the resort had a 60’s James Bond type movie feeling to it. At low tide a tractor comes out on the white sandy beach to pick you up and bring you ashore. Once on shore you then get into a Suzuki open taxi to drive up to the lobby and then to your room... The villa’s were terrific with no expense spared. Minibars stocked with free drinks and snacks. The pool area was very nice with a unique experience that you must take an elevator to get to and a great view. The manager at Villa 360 was extremely informative and helpful in explaining how to get to the close island viewpoint trail. Mr Chet’s snorkeling tours are ran right next door and we’ll come pick you up right at your resort. I would say the only negative I would have is that the dinners were ok, nothing to write home to mom about.
Amazing despite its obvious flaws ”
Second time staying here and they have improved the food and drinks menu, would highly recommend if you like your partner or kids but if you can’t self entertain or need WiFi badly then this won’t be for you. Views are out of this world and staff go above and beyond for you!
Great vacation place”
Great hotel location, excellent views, near by beach (walking distance), helpful staff. Note: if you lose your room card, they charge 200 THB.
So many pros this place was like paradise staff were amazingly friendly!!! Two cons a big hill (staff will drive you up in golf buggy) and the sun doesn’t hit the pool much but not a problem as the sea is amazing
Nice view off a quite beach”
The bench is rather exclusive to 2 resort in this area. Hotel is very near to one of the view point and it takes a brisk 25mins hike to the best viewpoint overseeing PhiPhi Island. Good thing is the bugy car will take you almost to the top and that saves alot of climbing efforts! The hotel provides quite alot of free rentals for water activities so you dont really have to take much. The small village is a 15-20mins walk across another resort and crossing over the the main beach up north is another 30mins hike. There are motorcycle taxi that cost around 100baht to shortern the trip to 5mins but they are not always available. Hotel view is great to chill out the whole day.
Ultimate Getaway Location”
Our second trip to PP and our first to Villa 360 we are already planning when we can go back and wish we had planned this trip to stay a few more nights - 3 nights was to short. If you want to get away from party central on PP this is the place to go. Get collected at Tonsai Bay pier - we had to wait about 1 hour on arrival from Koh Lanta but no problems we took ourselves off for a drink while the Villa staff guarded our cases. After the 30 min long tail boat ride we arrived at about 4.30pm and had to wade through knee deep crystal blue clear water to the beach they took our cases so it was all fun and made you feel you really had escaped to paradise. The Reception and Villas are all up a steep cliffside hence the amazing views but golf carts make it easy. First impressions at reception could be better I guess when you choose luxury resorts you expect warm greeting with cold towels and drinks. You are processed efficiently and can help yourself to these but not quite the same. Probably being a picky but everything else is outstanding. Villas are absolute luxury and waking up in the morning to views of the sun, blue clear Ocean with rock formations out to Krabi are amazing. Breakfast is friendly efficient good selection and no hustle given a small resort as was dinner. Room service quality is very good but could do with more variation. You can eat if you don't mind an evening water wade at the hotel restaurants next door or in the little village behind it but as residents of Thailand we just were happy to cocoon ourselves at Villa 360 for the 3 nights. I guess if staying longer we might opt for hotel next door that was bigger with more facilitates but we would miss those morning views. You will read reviews about hills and steps and as a not fit 50+ I had reservations about booking but truly the Villa 360 team and their golf carts made it no problem at all
Me and my husband enjoy our stay here it's quiet and the service is deluxe, few guest, nice room, cozy place, relaxing, and the people around are very nice and helpfull, the only downside is that the wifi connection in the room is slow. Everything in this hotel is perfect.
Great hotel but overpriced”
The hotel had only been open 1 month when we stayed, and it was more like a 'soft opening'. The hotel itself was beautiful - very modern and clean, with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean. The hotel is fairly isolated on the island, so it's perfect if you are looking for a retreat. However, because the rates were one of the highest on the island, I expected more in terms of overall service and experience. DESIGN The hotel was beautifully designed, but some areas still seemed like it was under construction. You have to walk up very steep driveways to get to your room, or ask for a golf cart to take you. The problem is the golf cart is not always available. Pedestrian access should have been designed better. AMENITIES There is one restaurant in the hotel, and is really the only restaurant in the area due to the isolated location. The food was fine, but overpriced. Spa services were great. The hotel also has an outdoor pool which is open all night but unfortunately did not have temperature control. The internet connection was not very good, and became very frustrating. SERVICE The staff was very friendly, but services has room for improvement. We had to look for service staff each time we went to the pool to ask for meal and towel services. When we asked about the island tours, we did not get a clear explanation of the itinerary from the staff. Ferry tickets purchased through the hotel is ridiculously overpriced, but the staff did accompany us to buy tickets at the pier and escorted us to the ferry. OVERALL At the end of the day, we had a pretty good experience, but there is a lot more room for improvement. In the near term, the hotel will go through much more growing pains.
Great Location and Stunning View ”
I love the location of the resort the best. It's situated on the best beach on the island. The villa is on the mountain which gives the best view from the room. This is the best place I've ever stayed in Thailand in terms of facilities and location with great views... However, I wasn't happy with staffs at Reception who were not so friendly and somewhat rude to Thai guests. We travelled during low season but the service at the hotel was very poor. Other staff at the hotel was trying to make money of their own from the hotel guests by offering private tour and suggesting hotel guests to their own restuarant outside the hotel so they could make money. Seemed that the hotel had a lot of people issues. Hotel staff at the restuarant didn't know about food they served. When we checked out, we asked for late check-out and the Receptionist made 4 phone calls to get the answer for me.
Hotel with a beautiful view in an isolated island”
A hotel with a very beautiful view in an isolated island. A great choice if you want a place to just unwind and do nothing. Waking up to a crystal clear turquoise blue sea and the sound of the wave. Peaceful and serenity. Not forgetting the hospitality of the friendly staffs of the hotel and restaurant.
Americanized Isolated Resort with a View ”
Staff have been very kindly and hospitable and the views are to LIVE for with a short long boat excursion to the most beautiful beaches and waters. However, as an American, the food tastes like the unauthentic Thai food in the States. Recipes have been Americanized and options for breakfast serve non genuine Thai food, very contrary to what I vacationed away from my home from. Food part was disappointing as well as being charged 3,500 baht for 25 pieces of laundry clean. I recommend anyone to go to The Village to find a lady that will do a load of laundry for 70 baht. Keep in mind, this part of Koh Phi Phi is VERY secluded and Americanized. You will be charged 1000 baht OR MORE to get back to the Resort from the Pier after 5pm. The to and from accommodations are very limited. The timing of the speed boat to the ferry and back do not align very well to make an easy scheduled trip. My experience; Escape here if you plan to stay only here and like American Thai food 🥘
Perfect getaway for a couple of nice if you don’t mind quiet ”
Hotel was stunning and the view was unbelievable! They provided snacks in the minibar for free of charge! You can use kayaks and snorkels for free also. Staff are amazing and super friendly!
The ONLY place to stay on Koh Phi Phi
Amazing !!! Unforgettable View”
This is the most beautiful hotel I stayed when I was in Thailand. The view from the room is unforgettable. The rooms are located in the hill and they provide vehicles to climb the hill. Beach and the sea view is amazing. The room facilities are great as well. My wife loved that we picked this hotel for our stay in phi phi island. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a village nearby. The people living there is very helpful as well. There are few restaurants, pubs and people can book private tours to Phi Phi Lay Island from there. A place you can never forget.
Could do with a lick of paint ”
Nice bedroom views. The pool service and food was not the best compared to some other hotels. The swimming pool toilets need some urgent paint. Felt as if I was in a 2 star at some times. But the room is nice and the pool is nice. Alright for a few nights as it’s a boat ride from phi phi main part..
The hotel and the facilites were really nice. The only problem was that it is a bit far from the town and everytime you want to get a tour you have to go there and its about 20$ per ride. If you just want to relax and be away from everything, this is perfect. You can also use the neighbouring hotel's facilities which are nice.
