Dear Guest, please read our house rules before you book. ★ Things that will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund: • Events & all kind of parties inside the villa are not allowed. • Only the number of guests mentioned on the reservation voucher will be allowed to check-in into the property. If more guests show up upon check-in they won't be allowed to enter the property and any arguments against this policy will lead to an immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. • No outside Visitors are allowed inside the villa. • Loud music or noise that disturb our Neighbours ★ Things that we will charge you extra fees if you do them at our property: • Smoking inside: Penalty of RM1500 – Free of charge if you smoke at the car park. • We don’t allow toilet paper inside the toilet bowls – Any toilet blockage during your stay that is caused by failure to respect this rule will lead you to be held responsible to bear all the costs of the damage and the repair. • Usage of electricity – We will charge you RM100 if you leave the Air-conditioners on while you are not in the villa. • The Villa will be very clean on your arrival, and we ask you to leave it neat and free of rubbish on your departure, for if a greater cleaning service is required, then an extra fee of RM150 will be charged. • The usage of the BBQ facility is free of charge but you MUST clean it after use, if found not clean a RM100 will be charged. • We take our swimming pool hygiene VERY SERIOUSLY. You Must shower before using the swimming pool. If you use sun cream and oils, you MUST shower first with soap before using the pool - If we have to use any Chemicals after you check-out you'll be charged for that. ★ Finally, this is not a Hotel, be smiley and happy, you are coming to stay in our home and we are under no obligation to accommodate guests who are rude to our Staff or ignorant to our house rules. ★ ★ ★ If you have read it this far, THANK YOU for being a SUPER GUEST!★ ★★ ★ You must also acknowledge A Security Deposit of RM1500 will be collected from you upon check-in (Cash only) and can be collected in any other currency - We return your deposit upon check-out if nothing is damaged. Upon check-in we'll also ask you to show your ID/Passport and will keep a copy of it.
