A little gems in the middle of Chiang Mai”
The villa is old traditional but newly renovated with some cool design… Perfect for us & our kids, we loved it. I recommend to inform the manager about your arrival time, so she can prepare and wait for you. We recommend the restaurant soi nimman 13 name “Tong Tem To”, very good thai food, but a lot of queue, go early. The villa have 5 bikes for us for free, not enough for all of us, but the manager arranged some from the shop next door for very good price.

Have a perfect stay at Villa88 with our group of 12people! Housekeeper prepare for breakfast everyday which is ABF and Thai style.We really enjoy to stay at Villa88. The place is convenient, have a lot of restaurants nearby villa 88 or you can walk around 10mins to Maya mall. The staff is very nice who recommended some restaurant for us. She reply my message all the time. I highly recommend this villa if you like to stay a well location .

Love Chiang Mai and love the area very much, Villa is very cozy size just good for our group, breakfast is amazing the chef is so good. The only things I could comment is the pool is bit small and one or more toilet would be better coz we are group of 12 peoples.

Not worth the price unless you are a big group”
The villa is nice, cozy and very well decorated except the bathroom which are disappointing. No hot water in the master bathroom. The pool is a bit too small. Great video room you can plug a USB key. Nimman are and surroundings are great. Many cafes, restaurants, very trendy. Fon was great and did her best to please and help us, hopefully. She speaks English very well. We won’t come back because of noise. jumbo jets flying over your head all day till midnight and even during the night. The house trembles sometimes. We didn’t expect that at all. Don’t go to Nimman if you expect to be in a quiet area! The managers office is next to the house. We didn’t felt in our home. The cooker wasn’t great and not a smile.

Will not recommend this to anyone”
40 degrees in Chiang. And the air conditioning is not allowed to turn on in the “villa”. The floor is dirty, that we must wear our slippers at all time. The “pool” is not a pool. Its a Jacuzzi that is so tiny thats enough for 2 adults. I thought that was a free pick up from the airport to the villa. However, there was a charge to it. There were no breakfast choice. Fixed fruit, bread, meat. The crazy thing is, there are no lock at the main door from outside. Only the car gate has a lock. And we are not allow to lock the car gate in the evening, because the houseleeping need to come in the morning. And one day we forget and locked the door. So the housekeeping claimed in the gate. It feels very insecure. And all the safe in the room is not working. The running eater for shower is super weak that you cant even have a proper bath. The air condition in the room is super weak. Some of my friend had to sleep in the living room instead. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this sobcalled villa.

Great for a group stay”
Had an awesome stay at Villa88 with our group of 7 people. Well appointed rooms and very comfortable beds. Fon and her staff were great and the food was fantastic. Well stocked fridge with plenty of cold beer. Would definitely stay here again.

不滿地方是我們是12點 check out , 但是房東及服務員在11點時已經在清潔房間,還把樓上洗手間鎖上,而我們一家人坐在客廳上看她們執拾打理, 感覺不良好

Villa房間大致如描述相同，位置優越，附近甚麼都有，只是泳池比較細，其中一間浴室水壓太低，工作人員友善及很幫忙，每天不同款色的早餐亦很美味！超愛這villa，一定會再來住。

離機場15分鐘車程，酒店位置不錯，近購物地方。酒店旁很多地盤正在起，所以環境不是很美。泳池很細。冷氣不是太冷，沖涼水壓很弱。 內有五間房，三個廁所。二層有三房，下層兩間房。
