              Llegamos y no constaba nuestra reserva, tras varios intentos para conseguir entendernos con el responsable actual conseguimos entrar en la habitación. La habitación poco limpia, mucho frío en la habitación, no había conexión Wifi cuando era uno de las características que constaba en la oferta. Mucho por mejorar

              tempat yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan yang kami pesan melalui Agoda. Krn kami sdh datang jam 10 malam dan temperature udara yang dingin, maka keluarga kami tdk punya pilihan lagi, selain menerima penggantian ini. dua kamar yg kami terima, sungguh kotor dan berdebu, kami harus membersihkan lebih dahulu, supaya cukup bisa kami tempati dan tidur. kamar mandi/wc juga sangat kotor, bahkan masih ada sampah di kloset yg belum dibersihkan. dari yg yg kami rencanakan akan tinggal dua malam, keesokan harinya kami memutuskan untuk check out dan meminta penggatian kerugian .
