Little too expensive for such a basic hotel. The rooms were not luxurious. Facilities were limited. Not value for the money I paid. It could be cheaper with this facilities and arrangements.

It is near to Pisa tower.
1. I couldn’t deal with the host , as she don’t speak a single English word. 2. The trash bin was full, and wasn’t emptied after the previous guest. 3. The toilet flapper was broken as the pivots have moved. 4. The first whole night was very hot as the AC suddenly stopped working and didn‘t resume till the morning. 5. Whenever there is a car near the building, my bed kept vibrating 🤮 I DO NOT recommend at all!

Good budget stay next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa”

The value for money is great with a room that cost 42 euros next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I would recommend to others. The location is great, without walking distance to train station, and to tourist attractions. The room is budget but comfortable enough. The shower is alright. Good lighting. Good wi-fi connection. The staff are friendly. The air-conditioning is good enough.
Room size is a bit small and run-down, but this was not an issue for me, it is clean enough and I had a good sleep there. There were no shower gels and shampoos. The blanket was just a single flimsy sheet which I dont really prefer.

Nightmare stay!!! Greedy insensitive owner.”

Only positive is location which is close to Pisa attractions.
There is long list of negatives and nightmares: 1) Greedy/insensitive/selfish etc etc.. owner 2) AC should not be lowered below 22C (who on earth will have such condition) and if you lower below 22C , she will switch off AC power. 3) We had to sleep in hot weather 33C with 6 year and 9 year without AC ( how insensitive , unconcerned , selfish ) 4) I booked 4 (room 1) and 2 (room 2) and she gives us 4 (room 1) and 1 (room 2) and asks us to adjust a 6 year old kid in 2 bed cot in room 1. She just took advantage of us as we cannot find another hotel at night. Heartless greedy owner. 5) Does not provide toiletries unless you ask for it that too with a rude gesture.
